Welcoming comforting, free coffee day and night, so clean!

Cons:

Well they gave me a choice of what floor I wanted to be on and I choose 2 then in middle of night sounded like kids were above me so I heard all the feet noice so I will definitely ask for top floor next time.

It was very clean and staff was very nice. But not having carts available was a true hardship.
Pros:

Very clean and We love the fact they have a recliner chair in the room, which was great for my husband since 3 weeks ago he had shoulder surgery. He can’t currently lay in bed and had been sleeping in a recliner. That was a real plus for us staying there.

Cons:

They had no carts for us to bring our belongings up to our room. The lady checking us in said they didn’t have any that other visitors must be hoarding them in their rooms. I thought that was quite odd. I’ve never had that happen. I’m thinking they need to have more carts. This was a huge dis service to us since my husband can only use 1 arm right now due to his shoulder surgery. We had to make many trips to our car and up to our room. It was truly a hardship for us.

The room was not thoroughly clean There were stickers on the wall there was change on the floor and dirt in the bathroom it was a half clean job in the room the front door in the front inside has not been wiped down in a while.
