Very bad, Scam. Fraudelent charge at my visa

I didnt like the attention I was scamed by these guys for usd547.60

Cons:

they made a fraudulent charge even they told me to pay by Booking, they charged me again in the front desk.

Cons:

Colazione migliorabile: la macchina per fare i pancake non funzionava ed era terminato il caffè in entrambe le due macchinette disponibili. Vi era un cartello con scritto che non sapevano quando sarebbe stato ripristinato.

Ein schönes Hotel mit sauberen Zimmern und alles wirkt sehr neu.

Cons:

Wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat, ist es sehr schwierig, denn die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht wirklich ausschalten. Trotz „off“ ging sie nachts im 2 Minuten Takt an. Auch die Lüftung im Bad ging nicht aus.

Pros:

We stayed one night at this hotel and found it to be well located, clean, and comfortable. The town is also a nice place for a short stay.
The pool was fine for the hot weather.

Cons:

Breakfast was a weak point, as the hotel has a great breakfast area but very limited options. Our kids had cereal that seemed quite old, the waffle maker was broken, so we only had coffee and ended up having breakfast at a restaurant instead.
Unfortunately, our child had an accident in the bathroom because the bathtub was slippery, and the receptionist was not helpful at all. We tried to find an ice pack, but he was unable to provide one.
