Een TOP hotel dat scoort op alle punten
Pros:

Mila is echt een fantastisch hotel met een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding. De bedden zijn hemels, de kamers erg comfortabel en zeer proper, het personeel erg gastvrij en altijd bereid om te helpen, de ligging zeer centraal (Thamel) maar toch in een rustige zijstraat. Het is niet voor niets mijn vaste hub geworden wanneer ik in Kathmandu ben.

Pros:

Food in breakfast was very poor and not taste at all, same dishes everyday

Cons:

Internet all the time very slow and if anyone wants to work from hotel not possible because it’s too slow even Microsoft Teams meeting does not work due to slowness and frequent disconnect

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Kathmandu
Pros:

Firstly, the hotel is in a great location. It's within walking distance of the Thamel area and not far from the Monkey Temple. Secondly, my experience was extremely positive. The manager, Arisha, and her staff went above and beyond to help me with planning my day trips and even called me up when I didn't wake up on time for breakfast. I was also happy with the hot water flow and strong WiFi. The rooftop bar is a good touch as well.

Cons:

I have no serious complaints. Just a few suggestions and things that can be easily improved in the future. The bed was only OK because they use old cotton mattresses, not the modern ones with springs. The breakfast was also just OK. I would have liked more options. Also, adding a decent fitness room can make this hotel truly amazing. But this is not a 5-star hotel, so none of these issues are dealbreakers. I'll be back for sure!
