Dies war nach dem Besuch des Ötztaler Explorer letztes Jahr der 2. Aufenthalt in einem Explorer, man findet sich sofort zurecht, da die Ausstattung identisch ist. Auch ohne Auto sind Bus und DB-Regio gut zu erreichen, Verbindungen nach GAP sind normal getaktet.

Cons:

Man sollte überlegen, nicht nur eine All-in-one Flüssigseife hinzustellen, die man zwischen Dusche und Waschbecken hin und her tragen muss, sondern 2 Behälter mit Handseife und Duschgel.

Für Geschäftsreise nicht geeignet. Frühstück könnte besser sein.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr modern geführt und das Personal freundlich. Mein Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Es hatte einen kleinen Balkon. Der Wellnessbereich ist kostenlos nutzbar.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hat leider meine Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Ich hatte das Hotel extra wegen der guten Bewertungen für das Frühstück gebucht. Die Qualität der Wurst und der Eier war nicht gut. Die Auswahl war übersichtlich. Das komplette Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war zu hoch. Das WLAN auf dem Zimmer hat teilweise nicht funktioniert.

Pros:

Location is great and thats about it.

Cons:

So once you call yourself a hotel you have obligations

Room:
No shower gel in the shower
No cleaning of rooms in 5 days
Not making the bed
Bed is very unconfortable
Pillow is horrible
No option to control A/C
No fridge in room
No complimentary coffee/tea or even a kettle in the room.

Breakfast:
I never in my life have ever had to make my own bacon and scrambled egg (in a hotel) and its not convenient in a suit in the morning either. The selecrion of breakfast is poor and again if you want warm meal you do it yourself. And you better be fast as only two people can cook at one time. I mean you are a hotel in the end of the day act like one. If inwanted to cook for myslef i would have gone in an airbnb.

Other stuff:
Leaving approx 110-120 guest on their own in the night behind locked front door is not only irresponsible but dangerous as well. In case of a fire who will do the counting etc? If i accidentally leave my card in the roomafter you left how will i get back to my room?

I would never come back to this hotel
Which is a shame because it has all the potential but greedines prevails unfortunateky.
