L’accoglienza del personale. Molto gentile, disponibile e sopratutto molto cortese.
La posizione, le camere e la piscina con area spa.
Buffet colazione molto rifornito. Letto comodissimo e buoni spazi in camera.

Cons:

Purtroppo l’area spa si poteva utilizzare solo dalle 12 alle 22. Sarebbe stato bello averla a giorni alterni e poter fare i trattamenti/usufruirla di mattina.
Le stanze sulla strada non sono insonorizzate e si sentono i rumori esterni.
L’aria condizionata molto rumorosa.

Pros:

Stayed here and honestly have no complaints. The staff actually go out of their way to help, so polite and genuinely useful. Beds are comfortable, the spa is a nice touch, and the Turkish breakfast alone is worth it. Two minutes to the metro, shops right outside. Would book again without hesitation.

Amazing hotel with extremely helpful staff especially Dilan!
Pros:

Clean hotel and rooms! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Dilan. Breakfast was good and hotel is in a brilliant location.

Cons:

In the room there was a little loud ventilation but other than that the stay was magnificent.

Cheap for a reason.
Pros:

I booked the property for the location as it was near the start and end of the half marathon so it did the job. It was clean, the pool/spa was small but f worked okay.

Cons:

The room was noisy throughout the night and therefore it was almost impossible to sleep.

Two of the three shampoo/showergel dispensers were broken.
