The staff was amazing and very helpful. Good location for people wanting to experience local life style.
Pros:

I liked the location. Pretty much close to most attractions and in a popular area.

Cons:

The cleanliness. There was mould in the bathroom. The airco stopped in the middle of the night and it was impossible to turn it back on.

Cons:

Séjour extrêmement décevant, expérience globalement mauvaise du début à la fin. Personnel peu professionnel. Le comportement du manager du spa a été particulièrement choquant par son manque de respect et de sens du service. Aucune considération pour les clients, expérience à éviter.

Super lokalizacja
Pros:

Super lokalizacja pomiędzy metrem a linią tramwajową T1 którą dojedziesz praktycznie do wszystkich najważniejszych miejsc. Podobnie metrem M2 z przesiadką dojedziesz do lotniska. Hotel Super dobre śniadanko w formie bufetu każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie . Czysto w pokojach i co ważne klima.

Fantastyczny kolejny pobyt
Pros:

Super i różnorodne śniadanie, bardzo duży wybór, wszystko świeże i uzupełniane na bieżąco. Miła obsługa. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Blisko stacji metra. Niedaleko do tramwaju T1. Świetny hotel. Jestem w nim kolejny raz i jest to hotel, do którego na pewno chętnie wrócę.

Uitstekend
Pros:

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk, vooral Yousef van de receptie. Dankzij zijn warme ontvangst voelden we ons meteen welkom.

Daarnaast stond het personeel altijd voor ons klaar. Als we iets nodig hadden of ergens om vroegen werd dat direct geregeld. Dat gaf ons echt het gevoel dat er goed voor de gasten wordt gezorgd.

Het ontbijt was zeer goed verzorgd, met veel keuze en voldoende variatie voor iedereen. Alles werd goed aangevuld en georganiseerd.

Daarnaast is de locatie uitstekend, waardoor alles gemakkelijk bereikbaar is.

Kortom, een aanrader en we komen graag nog eens terug

It was a lovely stay
Pros:

I liked the Hotel being close to Metro Tram and Bus stations it was easy to get around without having to book Taxi which saved us a lot of money. Also I loved how they made my daughter’s birthday special and made sure what I requested was carried out. I loved the hotel Hammam I was so relaxed and enjoyed myself a log it was much needed TLC.

Cons:

I didn’t like there wasn’t much English speaking staff it was hard to communicate around the hotel, also the Breakfast selection was not that great and maybe they should put name cards with each item so guests know what they are eat.

Pros:

L’emplacement ,le personnel et heureusement que nous avons pris ces dates, ensuite des clients sont venus avec des enfants en bas âge ça commençait à être bruyant et ils salissait la salle de repas et criaient et pleuraient

Cons:

Les oreillers étaient vraiment pas bon ils faut penser à les changer,et niveaux isolation phonique entre la chambre et les chambres voisines de très mauvaise qualité .De plus les clients qui pensent je payent je suis le roi et sont impolis avec le personnel qui est très classe
