overall it was ok. The food and breakfast was good and okay. The swimming pool was mostly clean as well as the spa.
Pros:

Property it’s cleaned and quiet place plus trams and metro just 5 minutes walking distance and less than 5 minutes McDonald other food shops.

Cons:

Only thing I don’t like is men working at the spa and swimming pool and also the spa reception table is directly in front of the swimming pool. It’d be better if the table was in a different room so visitors especially woman can feel comfortable

Boravak je bio izvrstan, uredne sobe sa redovnim čišćenjem. Unutarnji bazen koji radi do 22 sata, kao i sauna. Doručak je bio izvrstan svaki dan, s raznovrsnom hranom. Osoblje pristojno i uvijek spremno pomoći

Pros:

L'hôtel en lui même est assez bien, la chambre a une surface suffisante. Le plus : la baignoire balneo dans la salle de bain.
Le personnel est très sympathique.
Il y a beaucoup de choix pour le petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

La chambre 501 se trouve à côté de l'ascenseur. Quand nous nous couchons le soir on entendait le claquement du moteur de l'ascenseur qui nous réveillait à chaque fois.
Cette chambre là se trouve également au dernier étage mais au dessus il doit y avoir la ventilation (climatisation, vmc, etc) qui se mettait en route et qui faisait pas mal de bruit.

Pour ce qui est du lit, qui etait certes petit pour nous, il faudrait au moins une couette plus grande car là elle fait juste les dimensions du lit et quand l'un se tourne, l'autre n'a plus de couette.

Pros:

Отличное соотношение цены/качества. Персонал любезный. Местоположение крайне удачное.. Все очень понравилось, мы выбираем этот отель уже во второй раз и в следующий раз обязательно приедем вновь!

Pros:

They were so sweet! On my birthday, I found a plate of fresh fruit and a birthday note waiting for me in my room. Being able to relax in the pool and sauna after a day of walking was wonderful, and the location is definitely perfect for a stay, given how close it is to the metro, tram, and bus stops

Cons:

The breakfast needs improvement, and the view from the window was certainly nothing special

Pros:

The location is great- located right in front of the Yenikapı Metro and Marmaray station and less than 10 minutes of walk to the tram station. The hotel itself is very clean, changing the towels and cleaning the room every day. The staff working on reception and in the restaurant are very kind and always ready to help. The breakfast is very varied and everything is fresh. There is a pool which is also 10/10.
Overall great experience and highly recommend staying at this hotel

Good accomodation for the price, nice if you enjoy sauna.
Pros:

For sure super good was sauna. We were using a lot, mostly nobody was there. The bed very nice and comfortable. Room was small, but had space to put suitcases. Usually rooms in Istanbul are ultra small. Bathroom was big. Localisation was okay if you like to walk. But also there is subway station.

Cons:

The bathroom ventilation made noise in the night.
