Excellent , made my Istanbul trip perfect
Pros:

had a wonderful stay at this hotel and everything was honestly perfect. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was amazing, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

I arrived for a very late check-in, but the staff were there and handled everything quickly and professionally. The check-in process was very fast, and the room was perfect — exactly as I had requested.

The location is excellent, with easy access to tram, metro, and bus stops. Even though the street is quite busy during the day, it becomes very quiet at night, which made it perfect for sleeping.

Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Honestly nothing , I got what I paid for.

Tökéletes volt! Kedves személyzet, engedték a korai becheckolast! Koran indultunk haza fele taxit is hivtak nekunk!
Nagyon tiszta a wellness resz pedig minden igenyt kielegito!

Bon séjour, personnel accueillant et hôtel bien situé
Pros:

Le personnel est très aimable et à l’écoute. L’hôtel est bien situé, à proximité du métro, du tram et de plusieurs lignes de bus, avec de nombreux restaurants, cafés, magasins et fast-foods aux alentours. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et il y en a pour tous les goûts. L’hôtel dispose également d’un hammam, d’un sauna et d’une piscine agréables

L’isolation des chambres n’est pas très bonne : on entend les personnes des chambres voisines parler

Pros:

Hotelul arata foarte bine si este curat, camera era spațioasă pentru 3 persoane. Piscina și sauna curate.

Cons:

Intrarea efectiva în hotel se facea pe rampa de bagaje, foarte ciudat și incomod. Nu aveau practic o usa, sau era închisă si se folosea acea usa.

Pros:

L'Hotel est au top, propre, très bien équipé, la piscine et sauna au top disponible jusqu'à 22h tous les jours. En hiver s'est très appréciable. Le petit déjeuner est cosmopolite et très bien fourni. Le room service est un plus pour les soirées d'hiver. Je recommande vivement cet hotel.

Дуже сподобалося перебування у цьому готелі. Кімнати чисті і затишні. Гарне розташування. Бонусом для нас був басейн і сауна після прохолодного дня)
