Pros:

The cleaning manager lady was very helpful getting us into room on day of arrival. Nice having coffee shop downstairs.

Cons:

You need to figure out the hotel and room code process. It was confusing. And our room door code never worked. It required us to use key which was inconvenient for people staying in room. You should text incoming tenants as soon as room is ready day of arrival. It is a shame to have naked homeless man living in park area in front of hotel.

Para volver cuando regrese a Madrid
Pros:

Excelente. Buena ubicacion. Lindo apartamento. Grande. Completo. Con lugares para comer y cafés por todos lados. Zona segura. Estación de metro cerca. Nosotros llegamos en tren desde Vigo, de ahí atocha y luego al departamento con una conexión que nos dejó a unas cuadras. Recomiendo mucho. El servicio del alojamiento espectacular. Contestan rápido y aportan soluciones inmediatas.

Cons:

El living no era luminoso como las habitaciones. Pero es solo un detalle.

Estancia en Madrid
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, cerca del centro pero lejos del bullicio.

Cons:

En la habitación hubiera sido más cómodo tener un pequeño sillón o sofá para poder relajarse, leer un libro o mirar la tele sin tener que acostarse ya que las sillas no eran tan cómodas para estar tanto tiempo sentado.
