Fantastic location and great customer service!
Pros:

The location was amazing! We could walk to all important tourist areas in under 30 minutes. Although small, our studio apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything type needed for a short stay.

Cons:

You can hear everything. People don’t respect a quiet time after 11 pm. I would recommend somehow enforcing strict quiet rules for all residents after 11 pm or at the very minimum posting it around the building areas. The noise came more from people inside the building rather than from outside.

Pros:

Tertemiz. Eşyalar yepyeni. Odada her şey düşünülmüş. Ütüden, mutfak gereçlerine her şey eksiksizdi. Altında çok güzel bir cafe var alkol, kahve, fırın ürünleei mevcut. İki parka eşit mesafede yarımşar saatte yürünüyor. Biz her yere yürüdük, merkeze de yarım saat yürüme mesafesiydi. Çok memnun kaldık, Madridden çok oteli sevdik öyle söyleyeyim.

Cons:

Beğenmediğimiz hiçbir şey yok.

Wonderful apartment in a good location
Pros:

We stayed for the first time in a Bob W apartment, but will definitely check this out in other cities as well. Apartment was spotless clean and cozy, there was enough pots and pans in the kitchen for cooking, wi-fi good enough for working, wash machine downstairs. Location was great for us - walking distance to Atocha station and also to the city center, if not in a hurry. Plenty of good restaurants nearby (especially a Mexican!), as well as supermarkets. No noise at all from the street in the bedrooms. Access to a gym was a nice bonus that we were happy to use. I really like the concept.

Cons:

In an apartment with a kitchen it would always be nice to have salt and pepper.

Difficile de se garer même pour déposer les valises. Parking public (America) assez prêt mais 30 euros par jour.

Appartement parfait pour un séjour à Madrid dans un quartier calme
Pros:

Le logement est vraiment bien, un vrai petit appartement !
Il y a tout ce qu'il faut, l'accès en permanence au petit plus est génial (thé, café, serviettes, etc...).
J'ai vraiment apprécié que les produits soient locaux et surtout soient mis en avant par une affiche explicative.
Il y a énormément de petites attentions dans le logement.
La localisation est très pratique, mais pas au coeur de Madrid, à 20-30 min à pied des endroits vivants. Mais le métro est à 5min à pied.

Cons:

Dans notre logement, la porte de la salle de bain était vraiment dure à fermer et entre amis, l'intimité n'est pas donc pas terrible. On avait un appartement biscornu, que j'ai bien aimé mais l'évier de la cuisine était ridiculement petit et on mettait de l'eau partout. Le petit-déjeuner est un forfait auprès des cafés du coin. Donc ça va pour les petits mangeurs (une ou 2 pâtisseries et 1 café) mais pour les gros mangeurs du matin, vous devrez payer un supplément à coup sûr.

Good location, perfect stay
Pros:

Everything was perfect. Location was quite close to the center. The room was clean and cozy. The details the host provided was exceptional - tote bag for everyday use, water bottles to brong along, chargers, etc. Online reception and keyless access was a huge plus. Very convenient and lovely.
