Pros:

Me gusto lo limpio, todo excelente, desayuno muy rico y variado.
La atención impecable

Cons:

El wifi se cayo gran parte de la tarde y es algo muy importante sobre todo que somos extranjeros

Se escuchan ruidos de la pieza de al lado, al parecer lo unico que separaba era una puerta interior

Bem mediano. Não espere muito! Recepção sem nenhuma empatia.
Garçons no restaurante muito educados. Porém, a propina tinha que ser pago em cash, o que dificulta o pagamento visto que tudo se paga em cartão de crédito ou débito.

Habitación asignada estaba al lado de una construcción en desarrollo, lo cual es molesto, teníamos que estar con las cortinas cerradas. Adicionalmente, tuvimos que lamentar la pérdida de dinero en efectivo y la copia de tarjetas de crédito, al bajar a tomar desayuno mi hija dejó su cartera en la habitación; hicieron compra por internet con una tarjeta e intentaron comprar con otra, a los días después de que nos habíamos retirado del hotel y del país. Reclamamos al hotel y en lugar de preocuparse de la situación, dijeron que había caja de seguridad.
