Room and location were great.Microwave display lit up room at night-not much sleep. TV didn't work.
Pros:

Location was convenient. The decor and furnishings and style were great as was the comfy bed. There was no parking left when I arrived so I had to park a few hundred metres away. The staff member apologised and upgraded my room.

Cons:

The microwave display lit up the room at night. So much so, that I wasn't able to get a decent night's sleep. The microwave was built in so there was no access to turn it off. The TV didn't work at all - for live TV, casting or any sort of viewing.

Cons:

Lack of a reserved car park. Should be offered at booking. Television didn't connect to live or streaming. Pillows were uncomfortable. Too low with one but too high with two. The small step into the bathroom. Needs a safety strip.

Petfriendly Weekend Getaway
Pros:

Well equipped, comfortable room in a very quiet and peaceful location. The Sebel Campbell is pet friendly, which is a bonus to have the option to travel with your pooch.
Upon arriving at our room we noticed an unpleasant odour which persisted for about 30mins, so we called reception to report it. The attendant came up and relocated us to the room next door, which was slightly larger at no extra charge, and no fuss. It was really great service.

We had room 405 - Needs 4 of everything not 3 - needs information on how to work Microwave and Washing machine. Main TV had to be switched on and off at the power point to watch free to air tv. Toilet seat was slightly off and moving around. Nespesso coffee machine leaked water all over the bench top when not in use
