Very comfortable hotel in centre of town
Pros:

Super easy check-in, express checkout because I left before 8am, but all good. The room was immaculate, housekeeping did a great job. Good location right in town and I got free street parking every night so saved $25 per day at the hotel carpark.
There's tons of good restaurants nearby including Japanese and Italian.
The room has a mini kitchen with cutlery and crockery and everything was very clean and new.
The shower was lovely, big rainfall showerhead and a handheld wand. Good pressure.

Cons:

The pillows were not my personal taste: very soft and non-springy, the kind that sinks and stays sunk. The bed was firm, quite ok for me but definitely not soft.
The TV had to be switched off and switched back on sometimes to get free to air channels. Switch it off at the wall then switch it back on and that seems to reset it.

One weird thing (and it could just be me). The microwave clock was bright glowing blue and the microwave couldn't be turned off (it's in its own cabinet), so I had to cover it over to be able to sleep.
Really small things, nothing major and really well cared for hotel.

Modern, spacious, comfortable apartment close to attractions for a good price.
Pros:

Modern, clean, spacious apartment hotel. Great location, only 10 minutes drive to most tourist attractions. Very comfy beds and quiet location. Close to a few local eateries.

Cons:

Television was a bit hard to work out as you had to connect it to your device, which we couldn’t work out. Also you can park for free around the hotel, but watch out for limited parking times from 1, 2 or 4 hours limit during business hours.

Great little apartment . Easy , clean

Wifi was a bit erratic in terms of connection (logged out ) wouldn’t normally care but the 4g / 5g coverage was horrendous here

Nice room
Pros:

Being pet friendly was a big bonus, loved the extra touch of dog bed in the room. The room was spacious and bed was super comfy
