Good location , clean but won’t stay there again.

Good location

Cons:

The power kept tripping. The tv wouldn’t connect. No one answered the phone and when we went downstairs to get help with the levity, nobody was there. ( it was well within their staffing time)

Cons:

Wet carpet from being recently shampooed. Dusty surfaces in room. Rude service from attendant on check in. Physical credit card required for check in. Booking only stated credit card and ID. Hotel would not accept digital card.

Very disappointed

Cons:

Very disappointed. They allow dogs! Upon entry to the foyer a couple with two small dogs allowed their dog to excrete faeces in the floor. They picked up the mess but no one washed the floor after. The smell in the foyer was disgusting. Can’t believe health regulations allowed this. I asked for a room which hadn’t had dogs in it due to allergies. I reminded them at check in and was told that the room hasn’t had a dog for 24 hours and it had been cleaned. No other rooms available. The room hadn’t been cleaned properly, drawers had rubbish in them from previous occupants. There was no parking available for guests.

Rooms were clean, spacious enough and the location was decent

Cons:

Booking advertised a pool, there was no pool. Booking advertised a baby cot, one was not provided after requested which meant we had to go buy a portable one. All 3 TVs were also not working. Lady at reception said they have been having issues with some American provider. When we raised it upon check out the gentleman said there is some trick to getting the TVs to work. This was quite poor on their behalf

Room and location were great.Microwave display lit up room at night-not much sleep. TV didn't work.
Pros:

Location was convenient. The decor and furnishings and style were great as was the comfy bed. There was no parking left when I arrived so I had to park a few hundred metres away. The staff member apologised and upgraded my room.

Cons:

The microwave display lit up the room at night. So much so, that I wasn't able to get a decent night's sleep. The microwave was built in so there was no access to turn it off. The TV didn't work at all - for live TV, casting or any sort of viewing.

Cons:

Lack of a reserved car park. Should be offered at booking. Television didn't connect to live or streaming. Pillows were uncomfortable. Too low with one but too high with two. The small step into the bathroom. Needs a safety strip.
