Only a single lift. TV caused a problem for my elderly mother in her own room. Lack of in house dinning facilities or room service was annoying.

We love staying at the Sebel in Campbell. The rooms are clean and well-appointed. The kitchenette is a bonus, and the beds are super comfortable. The location suits us for our travel needs.

If you want to watch tv don’t stay here as if it’s not working nothing can be done until maintenance is around

Cons:

We booked this hotel so that we had somewhere to relax, chat and watch some movies. I wanted to be able to hang with my son as if we were at home. The internet hasn't worked 3 visits in a row, tv didn't work. Couldn't watch anything other than my laptop.
Bed too hard and pillows too high and aircon switches off in the middle of the night so it becomes far too hot. Never again. Third strike and done.

Fine if you just need a place to stay near the lake but there are other hotels nearby offering more for the price
Pros:

In a good location to access Lake Burley Griffin and there’s some good cafes and places to eat nearby. The rooms are modern, clean and have comfortable beds

Cons:

This hotel doesn’t offer much by way of amenities. No pool, gym or restaurant. Car parking cannot be booked and when we arrived right at check in time we were told there were no spaces left, which was frustrating given we had a child with us and bikes on our car. The tv didn’t appear to have the ability to log into a streaming service and one tv didn’t seem to have been set up so couldn’t even get free to air on that one.
