Estaba sucio, tiene equipamiento deteriorado que deberían reparar como el piso esta rotó, paredes manchadas, faltan tapas de los enchufes, el espejo del baño quebrado, sin calefacción y no tiene aire acondicionado, andaban algunos bichos en el piso ejemplo: chanchitos de tierra

Decepcionante
Pros:

Lo centrico que estaba.

Cons:

Problemas con el ascensor (se quedaba pegado en ocasiones, en otras no llegaba al piso )problemas con malos olores en la habitación apenas ingresamos (olor a cigarrilos) puerta del baño sin seguro, Enchufes de conexión sin tapa de seguridad, la tarjeta/llave de la puerta con problemas y había que estarla cambiando porque se desconfiguraba y no podriamos ingresar
