No funcionaba el ascensor.
No es un hotel, es un motel o lugar para pernoctar.
Las cortinas no tapaban bien todo.
Tuve que bajar a pedir mantas del frío que hacía.

El aire acondicionado, estaba funcionando de forma parcial y no calentaba tanto. pero todo lo demás excelente, el personal resolvió la situación de muy buena forma sin generar ningún tipo de problemas.
