Our favorite hotel in Istanbul
Pros:

It’s not the first time we are coming. We love the attitude, room design and bedding. This time we came with car and it was a real help that hotel’s valet helped us to park it.

Many thanks to all the team (and for those who worked at check in (Yunus) and check out - sorry I didn’t ask the name, but you are always helpful and delicate and we really appreciate it)

Cons:

Be aware that during high season it’s quite challenging to get through Galata tower crowds…

Pros:

Istanbul is a beautiful city but this stay made it exceptional; the attention to detail, the warm welcome and kind hosts and staff made it even more special. The location is historical and thoughtfully crafted. Everything was superb. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed breakfast once (late nights) and Hakan, our server, was thorough and very professional. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was lovely. Would absolutely return.

The kind of hospitality you don't come across very often
Pros:

A lot of hotels say they go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome, but very few actually do. This was one of those rare places where you could genuinely feel it. From the warm welcome by Yusuf at reception, even though we arrived late at night (sorry if I got your name wrong my friend), to Natali's attention to detail throughout our stay, and Hakan making sure we had a great breakfast every morning, we felt genuinely looked after. I apologize for not remembering everyone's names, but every member of the team was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is great, and the location is perfect, but it's the people who made this stay special. That meant a lot to us, as we were there for a very important family gathering. Thank you all for the wonderful hospitality. We'll be happy to stay here again.

Klein juweel op perfecte locatie met persoonlijke bediening. Onze kinderen en wij hebben genoten!
Pros:

Hele bijzondere plek centraal gelegen met heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel waardoor je direct thuisvoelt met heerlijk ontbijt en avondeten (als je wil)

Cons:

Het restaurant is zeer populair ook bij lokale mensen dus je moet op tijd reserveren voor de avond

Just fantastic !
Pros:

The staff were warn friendly and couldn’t do enough to help . Special thanks to Hakan who made breakfast a pleasure and Natali at reception who was super efficient and dealt with every request quickly and efficiently . Thank you to all !
