Amazing
Pros:

The location was amazing and the service level out of this world. The staff in the restaurant was brilliant - I forget the name but believe it was Hakan - as was Natalie in the reception.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic, and the courtyard & garden are beautifully decorated, creating a very peaceful atmosphere. The restaurant offers delicious food, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and very stylishly furnished.

I would definitely recommend this place!

Highly recommend this hotel that was convenient, beautifully designed, with friendly & helpful staff
Pros:

The hotel is a wonderful historic architectural establishment, and the rooms have many beautiful and practical design elements.

The well-trained staff added to the soul and personality of the hotel. The front-desk team was very friendly and helpful. They always greeted with a warm smile, and also gave great advice to explore Istanbul. Special shoutout to the wonderful front desk team, security and the breakfast team (think the breakfast supervisor's/manager's name was Hakan) who provided such wonderful and thoughtful service (he remembered my usual breakfast orders (every day for 4 days without fail).

Location was great and felt very safe. It was easy to access all the various forms of public transportation (subway, trams, buses etc) to explore the rest of Istanbul. Many famous landmarks (e.g. Galata Tower) were within walking distance. Many restaurants, cafes and quaint shops within walking distance.

It was my first time in Istanbul, and this hotel was one of the reasons why my trip was so enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Great location. Just 1min walk from the Galata Tower.
Staff were beyond friendly and helpful
Spacious rooms and extremely comfortable bed!
They left me cute notes and souvenirs everytime i came back to my room.

Cons:

The noise from the downstairs restaurant gets a bit loud and later in the night but personally didn't bother me too much.

Excellent Service, Neighborhood, and Overall Vibes
Pros:

Hotel was extremely accommodating and kind all around, the staff was attendant and thoughtful (including the excellent cleaning staff (shoutout Elif) as well as complimentary drinks and snacks from the bar and restaurant downstairs). The rooms were beautiful and well maintained and the courtyard and complimentary breakfast were also great. Galata neighborhood is perfectly situated and made for a great Istanbul travel experience. Overall couldn't more highly recommend!

We loved this hotel, the rooms were fantastic and the staff done absolutely everything to assist our stay. Honestly one of the best hotels I have stayed in!
