Can’t fault the service; reception, restaurant and house keeping staff were all very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Love the attention to detail; glasses cloth, Hıdırellez cookie and lavender bag. Great shower!!
The whole experience was wonderful. The staff were fabulous , particularly Natalie and Hakan who went over and beyond. The location and the building itself were the best.

Service Reception and Service Breakfast extraordinary
What a fantastic hotel situated just below Galata Tower. The vibe is very cool. The rooms are minimalist and very comfortable. The showers are powerful, the bedlinen is top class. The attention to detail is extraordinary. We had a delicious varied breakfast every morning with the friendly cheery Hakan in attendance. A great way to start the day. We ate in the Italian themed restaurant on the night of our arrival and it was delicious.
We can’t thank the reception staff enough for their considerable attention even alerting us to events of interest going on in the vicinity.
There are a lot of big chain hotels in Istanbul. If you are looking for something more original and with bags of style this is the place to stay. It’s well located with easy access to the metro, team and ferry stops.

The hotel is in a relatively small, beautifully restored building very near the Galata tower. The breakfast staff is led by the friendly and charming Hakan who guides you through many terrific options from homemade granola, yogurt and fresh fruit to a full blown authentic Turkish spread. The housekeeping staff, especially Elif, are also friendly and responsible with fresh towels during the evening turndown service.
The beds and sheets are too notch and it is a low key but classy establishment.
The neighborhood is a combination of real Istanbul and lots of local and international tourists with many cafes, restaurants, coffee shops and souvenir stores.
Be aware that the hotel is up a big hill from the waterfront. My wife and I are 70 and we enjoyed the challenge but others may want to use taxis to avoid the climb.
The hotel is relatively new and has an Italian restaurant that takes up most of the ground floor (half indoors,half outside on a lovely patio. It seems like they are still figuring out exactly how to position the restaurant. It has pizza and pasta but wasn’t very crowded. My sense is that given the high quality food it is going to break through and become more popular soon.
This was a fantastic stay. The minute we arrived for checking in we felt welcome. All staff was amazing, the person at checkin, Hakan and team at breakfast and Elif in service all were incredible. Out stay could not have any better and we recommend the place for anyone who is looking for a great experience in Istanbul.

The housekeeper Elif is provably the friendliest person I have met thus far.
A bit hard to reach by a larger car (Van), you better chose an ordinary taxi (Sedan) for your transfers.
The personal attention of the staf was exceptional .10/10
The room was next to the central courtyard on the 1st floor.the restaurant on the ground floor was very loud (music+guests ) till midnight.
The accoustics is a big problem that needs to be solved.
