Beautiful place with lovely room in an excellent location! Exceptional staff who were very welcoming from the first moment we walked through the door, friendly throughout our stay with lots of personal touches and surprise gifts, and looked after us well the whole time. We were so impressed with the reception staff, security staff and the cleaning staff who were all absolutely lovely. Thank you!

Gorgeous property with friendly staff. The front desk personel were on top of everything. Our house cleaning person Elif was also a big help everytime we needed extra stuff. Prompt and clean.
It is cozy hotel and it is close to touristic areas in Istanbul.

The hospitality was outstanding throughout our stay, and the cleaning service deserves special mention the room was immaculate every single day. Everything felt well cared for, calm, and professionally managed.

Un super accueil, des personnes disponibles, à l'écoute de toutes demandes. Vraiment, parfait. Un petit déjeuner à la carte évitant ainsi le gâchis des buffets. Serveur très agréable également. On se sent vraiment comme chez soi. La chambre est très agréable manque un peu de chaleur ( peut être n'avons nous pas su bien régler la clim). Lit très confortable. Rien à redire.
