The hotel closed. Found when came there. OYO has a terrible service, they respond with automated irrelevant messages.
The hotel doesn’t exist. We had to find an alternative when we arrived in Da Nang. Don’t book it!
I was not allowed into the hotel. and the number that is indicated in the booking after ordering. I called it. they said it was a fake hotel

No kettle, no coffee/tea. Staff only speak Vietnamese.

We had to leave the property because it was unhealthy (mold on the entire wall hidden behind the bed).
Then they showed us another room two stairs down and again a lot of mold so we left and they didn’t want to give the money back.
When I arrived to the hotel I needed to spend 20 minutes waiting for the receptionist, then I was told that the booking price was wrong and they offered me a stay for almost double price. I declined and booked a room in anither hotel. So embarassing...
We were upgraded to a deluxe double room with balcony which was amazing! Room was very spacious with a large smart TV. Lots of space for luggage and to hang things up. Shower had good pressure and temperature.
Short walk away from the beach.
Mattress was quite hard.
The room was big and clean. It even has an elevator which was handy as we were on the 5th floor. We rented bikes from here as well. It is near lots of bars and restaurants and is just a 30/40 minute drive into Hoi An. The staff were very helpful, particularly as I left my licence at the property and they posted it to my next hotel within 24 hours.
