2nd Stay was Disappointing
Pros:

Convenient Location and Facilities.

Cons:

My stay this time was a little disappointing. I had booked a 'Comfort Room with Kitchen'. Prior to check-in I shopped for my groceries for all my meals during my length of stay. When I got my room there was no Kitchen. During the check-in the reception didn't even mention to me that they didn't have the room I had booked. When I called them after I went to my room, they said they didn't have any rooms with an available kitchen. I would have expected this communication prior to my arrival.
(My colleague on the other hand didn't book a room with a kitchen and checked in after 9pm and received a full apartment with a kitchen.)
They didn't compensate in any way for the fact that the room provided was different.

I checked out a day earlier, and when I requested for the invoice they said they cannot provide it to me until the actual check out date - though in my previous stays i have always got it the night before. Its been almost 5days since I checked out and I have still not received the invoice.

Ein insgesamt positives Feedback, wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein großzügiges Zimmer welches sehr schön eingerichtet war. Das Frühstück war super, es fehlte einem an nichts. Wenn man sich sportlich betätigen möchte, hat man in diesem Hotel viele Möglichkeiten.

Cons:

Da die Zimmer in verschiedenen Gebäuden sind, würde ich mir eine bessere Ausschilderung oder Wegbeschreibung wünschen. Das hat nach dem langen Tag ziemlich gestört. Erst nach einem Telefonat mit der Rezeption, haben wir unser Zimmer gefunden.

Apartments wirkt sehr leer. Ausstattung fehlt für den großen Raum!
Duschabschluss porös -> Info an Rezeption
WC Spülung hat teilweise nicht gestoppt.

Hôtel avec de très belles prestations, y séjourner c'est comme à la maison :)
Pros:

l'hotel est très bien , confortable, accueillant, le petit dejeuner est exceptionnel. j'ai beaucoup aimé y sejourner

Cons:

une bouilloire dans la chambre pour se faire thé ou café serait appréciable :)
