The only thing that that I liked was they
First of all the parking was way too congested. Second we stayed for 2 days and they only clean ur washrooms that's it . We are food in the balcony and it stayed there till the time we checked out. Then the food was cold and not at all tasty. Very less options. Second the most important thing they have a m nu placed in every room but none of the item is available they said sir ap paise dedo main ladka bhej ke mangwa deta hu.. not a good experience.. they don't have power backup. Every night light went off and we had to suffer without electricity

Entry passage is narrow and very difficult to driving car.. also they give only 1 water bottle for 3 persons which is not appropriate, since we are paying for 3 person. Breakfast is ok and an average.

1. The overall hospitality experience was disappointing. Staff behavior was not friendly or welcoming and they seemed more focused on selling cab services rather than properly managing guest requirements.
2. After check-in, we requested food or even light snacks for our hungry child, but were directly asked to order from Swiggy/Zomato instead of getting any support from the hotel kitchen.
3. Heater was not available in the room by default and the charges quoted for one heater per night were more than double compared to the room price itself.
4. During breakfast, basic serving items like cups, plates and bowls were missing which showed poor management.
5. Even after mentioning an extra bed requirement during booking, the hotel provided room that was too small for a family of three. There was hardly enough space to accommodate an extra bed comfortably.
6. Cleanliness was another major issue. Bedsheets, pillow covers and tables were not properly clean and there were bugs inside the room as well. When requested for replacement, the response from staff felt rude and unprofessional.
7. The washroom setup also felt incomplete with improper curtains.
8. The location was not as convenient as advertised. It was much far from Mall Road than expected and the road leading to the hotel was extremely narrow and difficult for vehicles, especially SUVs.
9. Breakfast quality was below expectations and we preferred eating outside afterward.
Overall, the stay did not feel value for money and unfortunately did not match the “Premium” tag in the hotel name. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property for family stays.

Staff is arrogant, irresponsible
AGM representing Treebo is for name sake only sitting there on a sofa and timepassing. There is no basic facilities like hot water, restaurant being open for inhouse guest, wakeup call.
When I asked for a wakeup call, reception guy told me that he will only not wake up early what will he wake me up. Owner is also arrogant. Property is not being serviced as per Treebo Standards and is only being abused
We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered a peaceful view that made our experience even more relaxing. The staff was very polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Service was prompt and well-managed, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Overall, a great experience—we would definitely recommend this place to others.
