Everything, the staff the location and the view. Mall road is at the walking distance. The staff was so helpful and kind.

Everything was great!
Pros:

The room was very pretty and clean. The staff was very helpful and kind. Overall, loved the experience, the view from the window right beside the bed was what sealed the deal for me :)

Pros:

The property was clean and spacious. It is a bit difficult to reach to be honest because the roads are quite narrow.
But everything about the hotel is good, even the staff are very polite

Fantastic location, views, breakfast, and very helpful staff!
Pros:

Sattva hotel was excellent! All the staff were very helpful - they made sure we were happy with our rooms, organised a day trip to Sissu, Solang Valley and Atal Tunnel. Location was great - it was nice and quiet and a 5 min walk to Mall Road/town centre. View of the town and mountains was spectacular. Breakfast was delicious. Great spot!

Very cold, refused heater, no window to outside.
Pros:

Good location. Large room.

Cons:

Was super cold. The listing specifically mentioned heaters but when I asked for one they refused saying it uses too much electricity. The hot water never got warm enough to shower. The "room with mountain view" only had a window to the hallway, not to outdoors. No daylight.
