Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens und ein guter erster Anlauf für eine Reise nach Phu Quoc.
Es liegt nicht direkt am Strand und auch nicht mitten im Geschehen.
Als Gäste des Hotels kann man den Pool eines benachbarten Hotels mitbenutzen (4 Minuten zu Fuß). Der Strand liegt circa 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Dafür ist der Strand wirklich sehr schön! 😍
Man bekommt vom Hotel Strandhandtücher gestellt und es gibt auch einen Wasserspender in der Lobby.
Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle ganz in der Nähe (Eden Hotel) an dem die Buslinien 17 und 19 des kostenlosen Vietbus fahren. Mit diesem kommt man in die Stadt, zum Nachtmarkt, zum Flughafen oder auch zur Grandworld.
Die Zimmer sind wie typische Stadthotelzimmer, also nicht sonderlich groß aber ausreichend und sauber!
Das Frühstück wird auf der Terrasse im 5. Stock angeboten. Man bekommt ein kleines Heft mit verschiedenen Gerichten, von denen man sich eins aussuchen kann (z.B. Pho oder gebratener Reis). Es gibt einen Wasserspender und Kaffee aus der Kanne.
Insgesamt kann man bei diesem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich nicht meckern!

Cons:

- Manche Gäste waren bis spät nachts auf der Terrasse des 5. Stocks und die Tür knallte immer ziemlich laut auf und zu. Diese sollte man etwas dämpfen.
- Ich bin persönlich kein großer Fan von Duschvorhängen.
- Die Englischkenntnisse des Personals sind ausreichend. Zur Not kommt man mit Google-Übersetzer zu Recht.

I recommend it.
Pros:

The location is great, as it is just far enough from the city. The breakfast was fine. The person I was in contact with was very responsive; only the reception staff could speak English better to make communication easier. Of course, I could know Vietnamese, but they work in tourism.

Nice accommodation, but to deserve a rating of 10, some improvements would be needed.
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The hotel is very nice, and the price-to-quality ratio is absolutely fair. The owner, Cha, was very kind, as was her family. The staff were also very friendly.
The breakfasts were very good; however, since the selection is smaller, I recommend booking breakfast for a maximum of one week.
Beach 10min walk away or 3 min by scooter

Cons:

The location was good, as it is approximately in the middle of the island and close to the airport. However, to reach all attractions and excursions, you need to use a scooter, car, or Grab, which takes about 10–40 minutes.
Bathroom: the water did not drain well (this seems to be a problem across the island), there was limited space for hanging items, not enough shelves for clothes, and the furniture in the room was quite dusty. A more thorough deep cleaning would definitely be needed.

Clean and comfortable!
Pros:

We arrived late with a quick airport shuttle from the hotel (highly recommend!). We were checked in quickly and the room was perfect for our quick overnight. Clean, quiet, comfortable, well lit, and perfect spot to get sorted out. And it smelled nice in the hotel and the room, they use an atomizer to make your initial feeling very cozy and pleasant. Breakfast in the morning was basic but decent, and the view on the rooftop restaurant is very pretty, surrounded by jungle and hills. Perfect way to start our Phu Quoc experience.

Cons:

Coffee could have been better, but honestly, that's it. Wasn't expecting amazing coffee anyways.

Nice place with nice people!
Pros:

Family owned and operated which was nice to see. They were super friendly and helped us with any questions or request we had. Great people!

Cons:

Didn't realize the pool was on another property but it was very a lovely pool. The area is a nice local area that comes alive during the evening. The eco friendly vibes were great to see!

Würde wieder hier buchen
Pros:

Hat relativ neu gewirkt, Zimmer war groß, modern und geräumig, schönes Badezimmer.
Pool haben wir leider nicht genutzt.
Bekommt nur wegen der lage keine 10/10 da man zur hauptstrasse 15minuten zu fuss geht.
Gibt aber einen inhouse Scooter verleih

Good place where staff is doing their best for guests
Pros:

Very nice staff. Very tasty breakfast. Close to the airport. Do rent a scooter at the hotel (very good price) and expore the island. Go to Bamboo restaurant and enjoy the secret beautiful small beach. Also the small shop at the reception is very nice. As well the towels for the beach or pool next door.

Cons:

Unfortunately very dirty the minute you step on the main road (not hotels fault). But the whole island just needs improvement in cleaning, not just new buildings. People are throwing litter everywhere.

Great stay close to the airport and nearby restaurants
Pros:

The hotel is quite close to the restaurants, cafes; the beach and just a short ride from the airpot. Rooms clean, but pretty small, so we’d recommend taking a room with a balcony to have some space to sit in the evening. They also offer motorbike rent for a good price. It’s good value for money.

Cons:

The breakfast is good and tasty, but very basic, they don’t have any tea and no milk for the coffee.

Чувствовали себя как дома😁
Pros:

Приятное началось уже в аэропорту, с нами связались и прислали трансфер. Заплатили за номер в отеле наличными, доллары старого образца были (поэтому курс был чуть ниже) мы были к этому готовы. Сдачу нам дали донгами. Наш номер был на 3 этаже с балконом. Курить в номере запрещено. Номер был чистый, уютный и с хорошим wi-fi. Имелся кондиционер рабочий, увлажнитель воздуха, электрочайник, холодильник, телевизор(но мы им не пользовались), фен, сейф. Так же имелись душевые принадлежности, халаты, тапочки, зубные щетки. Номер убирался по нашему требованию. Хозяйка отеля хорошая женщина, нормально говорит на русском и понимает, добрый души человек. Особенность отеля:можно арендовать скутер, вызывать такси, заказывать экскурсии и все по приемлемым ценам и со скидкой для проживающих, что было очень удобно, ведь мы были впервые на Фукуоке. Завтраки проходили на крыше отеля, Тхе нас вкусно всегда кормила, всегда много фруктов накладывали . Так же имелся бассейн, но до него нужно была перейти через дорогу, бассейн чистый, аккуратная территория вокруг с бесплатным WI-Fi.

Находится 1 км от Лонг бич, от суеты, что было +

Pros:

아침 식사 맛있게 잘 했습니다. 5층 루프탑에서 진행되는데 멀리 비행기도 지나가고 바다도 보이고 ㅎㅎㅎ 밤에 도착하는 항공편 타고 와서 하룻밤만 자고 갈 생각으로 예약을 했는데 수영장도 있다하고 해변도 있다하니 이 가격에 나쁘지 않은 것 같습니다. 공항과도 매우 가깝습니다.

Pros:

Хорошая комната. Есть некий дизайн). Большой сейф.

Cons:

Отель находится в гетто. До моря 15 минут пешком. Завтраки слабые, одно блюдо, нет ни фруктов, ни выпечки, нет нормального кофе, только растворимый.
