We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Del Mar Emotion! It feels like a beautiful little holiday village rather than just a hotel, with separate apartment buildings, gardens, balconies, pools, restaurants, a beach, gym, small shop and plenty of parking. Everything is incredibly well thought out, and you really have everything you could possibly need in one place. The entire resort is very clean, and because the whole property is fenced, you feel safe and relaxed. The staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming and always in a great mood, which makes the atmosphere even better. We truly loved our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nie przyjechałam tu na wakacje. To była baza wypadowa. Było ok, bez szału

5. Nowocześnie, bardzo dobra infrestruktura: sklep, bankomat, siłowania, plaża, restauracje.
6. Rooftop bar

Cons:

1. Sztywne i mało praktyczne godziny zameldowania/wymeldowania. Dla mnie wymeldowanie o 10:00 i zameldowanie najwcześniej o 16:00 to dramat
2. Ciągle regulaminy i kary. Np. 30 euro za zgubienie karty hotelowej. Serio?
3. Kaucja za ręczniki
4. Śniadanie ma obfity bufet, ale z najtańszych składników
5. Lokalizacja nie powala. Jest to zatoka. Daleko od wszystkiego. Obok budowa
6. Skandaliczny stan sztucznej trawy przy basenie

Nowoczesny obiekt, pyszne śniadania, wygodne łóżka, dużo leżaków, uprzejmy i pomocny personel. Czysty duży basen. Pokoje duże przestronne wygodne, bardzo duży balkon. Tv z dostępem do VOD.

Cons:

Brak prawdziwej kawy na śniadaniach, ekspres leje kawę instant - nie przystoi na taki osrodek. Ogromny tłok na restauracji, za mala restauracja do ilości gości mimo ze jedzenia nie brakowało, tylko miejsca.

Lokalizacja - wszędzie daleko, pustkowie z brzydkim zejściem do morza. W dodatku bywały tam śmieci. Trzeba być świadomym że lokalizacja to pustkowie z budowa po sąsiedzku co może nie specjalnie przeszkadza ale okolica nie należy do pięknych.

Pros:

Struttura bella e nuova. Molto accogliente e pulita. La colazione è varia e abbondante, ne vale la pena. Unica pecca: caffè/cappuccino della macchinetta. Abbiamo provato entrambi i ristoranti per la cena, ma abbiamo gradito maggiormente quello à la carte (pizza molto buona). Ho apprezzato molto il fatto di avere l'accesso diretto alla spiaggia.

Cons:

Ho prenotato un appartamento e purtroppo non era specificato che non era prevista la pulizia. Questa cosa non l'ho gradita molto e secondo me dovrebbero essere più chiari nelle descrizioni in merito a questo. Inoltre, considerata la vicinanza all'Italia, mi sarei aspettata più personale che parlasse in italiano, ma siamo riusciti a comunicare bene in inglese. La sera non è previsto nessun tipo di animazione perciò è necessario avere la macchina per spostarsi un pò alla ricerca di movimento.

The beach, the pool, the apartment, the beds, the staff, the food...all these were fantastic!

Cons:

1. There should be more sunbeds on the beach, because the hotel was full and there are not enough sunbeds for every room.. Although there is a notice saying it is forbidden to reserve subeds with towels, a lot of people are doing it and nobody is controlling. If you get there after 11am, do not hope for a sunbed.
2. Also, there is a shop in the hotel where you can buy basic staff but the prices are three times higher than in regular supermarkets.
3. There are 2 large pools, while one half of one of these pools is for adults only, which should be relaxing area. However, a lot of people are letting their kids in, bringing huge flamingoes, crocodiles and other animal planet inflatable mattresses. This too, nobody is controllong and restricting. So, there are rules, but nobody is following them.

Rent och städat. Lediga solstolar vid poolerna och havet. Mycket stort utbud på frukosten. Bra ac. Ok gym. Trevligt med livemusik en av kvällarna. Bra parkeringsgarage.

Cons:

Hotellet ligger lite isolerat ca 30 min från Pula. Men värt att köra in till Pula en eller flera kvällar.
Dålig och trist minilivs på hotellet.
