Insgesamt ist der Aufenthalt im Hotel zufriedenstellend,
jedoch gibt es einige Punkte mit deutlichem Verbesserungspotenzial.
Die Ein- und Ausfahrt der Anlage ist sehr ungünstig gelöst.
Wenn Fahrzeuge in die Anlage einfahren möchten, ist es teilweise kaum möglich, gleichzeitig wieder auszufahren, was zu unnötigen Verzögerungen und Unannehmlichkeiten führt.
Die Netzabdeckung ist ebenfalls problematisch. Zwar steht in den Zimmern WLAN zur Verfügung, jedoch ist das normale Mobilfunknetz kaum bis gar nicht nutzbar. (Blog E)
Eine stabilere Gesamtlösung wäre hier wünschenswert.
Auch das Schlüsselkartensystem könnte vereinfacht werden. Es wäre ausreichend, nur eine Karte sowohl für die Hotelanlage als auch für die Tiefgarage zu verwenden, anstatt mehrere separate Karten auszugeben.
Dem Hotelstandard entsprechend wäre zudem ein direkter Zugang zum Meer in Form eines Stegs eine sinnvolle und attraktive Ergänzung, insbesondere für Gäste, die Wert auf exklusivere Bademöglichkeiten legen.
Unverständlich ist außerdem die Abschaffung der Möglichkeit, bar zu bezahlen.
Gerade für das Servicepersonal wie Kellner oder Zimmerpersonal wären Trinkgelder in bar eine willkommene Anerkennung.
Insgesamt bietet das Hotel eine gute Basis, jedoch würden die genannten Verbesserungen den Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer und zeitgemäßer gestalten.

Me ha gustado que es tranquilo, bastante familiar y pequeño.

Cons:

Elegimos un apartamento y era demasiado pequeño, por otro lado, no te limpian la habitación ni te hacen la cama ningún día. Las toallas tienes que pedir que te las cambien. Por otro lado teníamos la cocina estropeada, y no nos lo arreglaron hasta el día siguiente, y la solución era bajar los limitadores y volverlo a subir, realmente ya sabían que ese era el problema. Para nosotros fue bastante incomodo ya que íbamos con un bebé, por eso elegimos esa opción.
