I really loved my stay at The Hoxton, Shepherd's Bush. My flight from Geneva got cancelled the day of check-in, and the team could not have been kinder about it. They sorted everything out for me quickly and took the stress out of a really rough travel day. That alone is the reason I would come back.

The room was gorgeous. The bed was really comfortable, the design was lovely, and there was a beautiful view over the London rooftops. I loved the small touches like the radio and notepad on the bedside tables, and the air conditioning was great to have given the summer heat. Everything was clean and well looked after.

Shepherd's Bush is a good location too, and the food downstairs at Chet's was excellent. I had the courgette curry and it was full of flavour and a very generous portion. I also had the aubergine rice bowl, which was filling before heading back to the airport.

Cons:

The only tiny things I would note are that the shower pressure on the rain setting could be a touch stronger, and I occasionally heard a bit of muffled hallway noise at night, though the room was mostly quiet and peaceful.

Camera pulita e ben arredata,letto e cuscini comodi, personale accogliente, posizione ottima per la metropolitana situata in un quartiere tranquillo vicino a tutti i servizi,servizio bar e ristoranti buoni

La colazione non era compresa e in 4 giorni di soggiorno la camera non è mai stata rifatta né cambiati gli asciugamani.

The comfiest bed I’ve stayed in
Pros:

One of the comfiest beds I’ve ever stayed in. Amazing location. So much choice of food around and a stone throw from Westfield shopping centre. The aesthetic was cute and the shower was unreal
