Excellent, really enjoyed our stay and the whole ambiance of the place. Would recommend and will probably use this chain
Pros:

Decor and ambiance of hotel.
Design/layout of reception/bar/ restaurant.
Attitude of all staff we came into contact with , all helpful, friendly and welcoming.
Shoutout to Alex ( maintenance) who sorted out the TV.
Breakfast which was included was top drawer and fabulous, with excellent coffee.
Restaurant meals and menu interesting and cooked in an open kitchen, again very good.
Room although on the small side ( what we had booked though) clean, with good products, bed comfortable too.

Cons:

Strangely had put in a request for a quiet room away from lifts and domestic cupboards…. result we were given a room next to domestic cupboard and near the lifts!!!
Maybe staff misread request! 😳.That said it was luckily not noisy so did not complain or request room change at time. I’m sure with all the positive things we’ve highlighted this would have been addressed if we had requested at the time!
Just really an observation and as no issues not a complaint! 😉

Pros:

I was happy with the size of my room. The bed was exquisite too.

Cons:

I didn;t like the fact that the hotel does not clean your room unless you ask them to. I was going to do so but the line at the reception was so long that I would be late for my meeting.
Then after a long work day I came back to a messy room, with no clean towels. So the Hoxton experience felt like and Air BnB.

Precisely as we wanted
Pros:

We didn't have breakfast. A lazy AM. The staff were and always have been brilliant and super helpful. Looking forward to our next stay.

Pros:

Ein gewohntes und erwartetes Hoxton-Erlebnis. Die Betten zählen mitunter zu den gemütlichsten. Auch wenn sie verhältnismäßig schmal sind.

Cons:

Leider gibt es in den Hoxton Hotels auch 2026 noch keine Möglichkeit um sich mit Netflix & Co zu verbinden. Das macht den TV am Zimmer eigentlich obsolet.

Excellent hotel and an oasis in london. Staff super friendly and very clean and comfortable.
