Helpful staff and a welcoming place to stay
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean comfortable beds and cosy bedroom. We ended up staying two weeks as our son was in Charing Cross hospital and the staff couldn't have been more understanding or helpful.

Excellent location, easy check-in and out, friendly and patient staff who are very accommodating, super quirky decor and design.

Cons:

Room sizes are small and compact for the price you pay, and room service menu is limited to what the in-house restaurant offers. The bottled water size is pretty small so you end up needing to pick up several every day in order to have enough water.
