Short but unforgettable
Pros:

Staff was impeccable. Thanks for their service. The view from our room was dreamy. All Brussels are under your feet. Also the coffee, breakfast and lunch were all perfect. And last but not least the roof top Mexican TOPE is something to be experienced. Definitely come back...

Cons:

The only thing that can be said is that cars cannot park in front of the hotel and if you have heavy ones you need to put some work.

Parfait mais il y a un mais.
Pros:

Ah, comme toujours, je suis un client régulier et je vais d'ailleurs prolonger le séjour de deux nuits à Londres. C'est un hôtel d'une marque magnifique, mais il y a un mais.

Cons:

J'adore la marque et j'adore les hôtels, mais il y a un léger problème de prétention dans le rooftop. C'est la seconde fois que nous essayons d'y aller en tant que clients de l'hôtel et que nous sommes prétendus que le restaurant est complet, même pour quinze à trente minutes, alors qu'il est radicalement vide. Donc, au jeune homme fort peu sympathique du rooftop qui nous a gentiment envoyé balader, même pour un verre de quinze minutes. Vous avez fait passer la cote de 10 à 7. C'est dommage.

Highly recommended.
Pros:

The stay was excellent. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and offered an absolutely beautiful view that made the experience even more special.
The room service was impressive, with particularly delicious calamari that exceeded expectations. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were professional, welcoming, and efficient throughout the process.
Although I didn’t have the opportunity to try the rooftop(tope), the overall experience was still wonderful. Great service, beautiful surroundings, Highly recommended.

Cons:

The only downside was the breakfast, as the croissants did not feel fresh and were disappointing for the price.
The room lighting felt a little subdued at times, though this may simply reflect the hotel’s intended design and atmosphere.

Pros:

Classic Hoxton style—stylish, modern, with a slightly vintage and unique touch. The public areas are particularly well designed and inviting, making it easy to feel comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent, with attention paid to individual preferences, including room location. Overall, a very good stay.

Cons:

This may be a personal preference, but I didn’t particularly enjoy the limited selection of dishes offered in the bar area. There was also an issue with my order—the vegetarian option seemed to be handled by simply removing the meat, which wasn’t ideal.

It could sometimes be difficult to get the staff’s attention, possibly because the bar’s trendy atmosphere attracted many non-hotel guests as well.

The location is another downside: it’s not very central, requiring a bit of a walk to reach the city center, and it sits near a slightly rougher area of Brussels. In the evenings especially, when it’s not possible to walk through the adjacent botanical garden to get to the centre, the alternative routes—often through underpasses—felt less pleasant and not particularly safe.

Pros:

Schönes Hotel, neben dem Botanischen Garten.
Hatten Zimmer mit Aussicht im 13. Stock gebucht, von dem wir von zwei Seiten aus großen bodentiefen Fenstern eine gute Aussicht auf die Stadt und die vielen Züge, die unten fuhren, hatten.
Das Zimmer war gemütlich, obwohl die Betonfeiler im Industriestyle freigelegt waren. Hätten wir nicht unbedingt gebraucht ;-).
Frühstück war gut und wurde von netten Menschen serviert. Nicht alles war am Büffet zur Selbstbedienung.
Tiefgarage ist vorhanden, aber die Parkbuchten sind nicht bezeichnet, so dass wir unser Auto am Ende suchten. Also gut die Stelle merken.

So not worth the 200eur per night.
Pros:

Not a lot to be honest. The Top (rooftop bar is nice). That's about it.

Cons:

They make you put a 150eur deposit. They have not cleaned my room until I complained.

Lovely hotel, close to station
Pros:

The place itself was nice and the staff were welcoming. I liked that they lent me a charger plug when I forgot mine and gave us a little free drink for our anniversary. The bar on the rooftop was also great. The park close by was pretty.

Cons:

I thought for a 4-5 star hotel there should be more amenities. We did not have any bathroom slippers or dressing gown. There wasn't any cotton pads or ear buds or even shower stuff for the bath whilst there was a bathtub in the room.
Unfortunately the hotel was very close to some dodgy people loitering around the area. The walk near the park and towards the centre from the hotel was filthy.
