Staff were great, room was excellent
Gym was poorly maintained and contained minimal equipment. Key card deactivated well before check out time which was quite annoying.
Séjour absolument parfait. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la décoration et l’atmosphère de l’hôtel. Le personnel est accueillant et agréable.
La chambre est très bien équipée, et l’énorme baignoire est un vrai plus, surtout lorsqu’on n’en a pas chez soi.
Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, avec un équilibre idéal entre le sucre et le salé pour satisfaire toutes les envies. Le fait de pouvoir choisir un plat plus élaboré, préparé directement en cuisine, est un véritable atout. La cuisine était ouverte, il est agréable de voir l’équipe à l’œuvre.
Séchoir au top! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, très bien situé, inutile d’utiliser les transports. Il se trouve à proximité de la rue commerçante de la Rue Neuve et à seulement 15 à 20 min à pied de la Grand-Place.
Nous y retournerons.

Het personeel was enorm vriendelijk bij check-inn & het ontbijt. Wij zaten op het 21ste verdiep waardoor we een prachtig uitzicht hadden over de kruidtuin. De kamer was zeer proper. Er was lekkere thee aanwezig alsook water. Het interieur was heel warm en 70s modern ingericht. Het ontbijt was enorm lekker we hebben spijt dat we het restaurant niet hebben uitgeprobeerd want het ontbijt was overheerlijk.
De parking naast het hotel dat werd aangeraden had zeer slechte reviews. Persoonlijk vond ik de koffie op de kamer niet lekker. We hadden een luxe kamer met bad maar we vonden de prijs wel nogal hoog voor niet zo een heel grote kamer. We verbleven maar 1 nacht dus over het algemeen viel alles goed mee.
De kamer, een grote hoekkamer. Mooi ingericht. Geweldige details. Hele sfeervolle kamer en badkamer. Fijne douche.
Je moet even goed kijken welke route je neemt richting het centrum. Anders loop je langs een wat afgelegen stuk. Langs de andere kant zit je weer snel in het levendige gedeelte.
De borg(50 euro) blijft lang op reservering staan op mijn creditcard(27 dagen nu al).
