Cons:

At check-in, we were required to pay a €150 deposit (€50 per night for our three-night stay). At check-out, we were told that everything was fine and that the full deposit would be refunded.
However, it has been more than two weeks, and despite several emails and messages, I have neither received my €150 refund nor any explanation for the delay. Very disappointing and unacceptable.

Prachtig hotel, heel mooi en tot in details verzorgd, genoeg te doen, goed ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Het enige wat ik niet snap is dat het geluid in de rooftopbar (in het weekend) zo ontzettend hard staat. Je moet naar buiten om ook te kunnen praten. Dan is het geluid nog steeds meer dan 90 DB.

Deposit hoax
Pros:

Clean, trendy

Cons:

The location, purely because the walk from the station to the hotel is somewhat suspicious and not through the nicest of areas. I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. Despite emails, the Hotel let's itself down by not responding!
