Pros:

It is new and clean. The location is good.

Cons:

It is a bit far from the city center. You can either go by car or tram which is very close.
Car park is not free which does not make any sense. It has to be free for sure

Das Prinzip ist nett, man muss selbst bisschen mehr mitbringen um zufrieden zu sein.

Cons:

- Spinnweben an den Decken
- Wände haben nen Anstrich nötig
- es gibt ne Spülmaschine aber diese hatte weder Salz noch Klarspüler
- Spülmittel war kaum vorhanden; und nur ein Spülmaschinen Tab für eine Woche Aufenthalt

Cons:

Die Brandschutzanlage ist hypersensibel. Qualm des Sylvesterfeuerwerks hat zu einer Evakuierung des gesamten Gebäudes mitten in der Nacht geführt. Kein Feuer im Haus. Fehlalarm.
