We recommend Sonrisa apartments which are clean, comfortable and very well located.
Pros:

Excellent location, perfect for the beach and town. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything you could need to self cater. The area is quiet and secured by gates at night. Our keys allowed us to enter through those gates. Our bed was quite comfortable albeit a bit small.

Cons:

A few basic English tv channels would be nice. A welcome pack containing coffee sachets, milk etc would help.
