Vasatın üzeri bir otel. Kesinlikle gitmeyin, ucuz oteller bile bunlardan çok daha temizdir eminim. Jakuzili daire rezerve ettim ama ona rağmen verilecek odayı bile bilmiyorlar. Bana saçma sapan oda anahtarı teslim ediyorlar. Jakuzi desen kırık ve leş gibi.

Hi, I booked a suit room, it wasn't given to me the day I arrived, they told me that the people who were there didn't want to leave, they were giving us the room we booked the next day, but when we arrived the next day they didn't give it to us, they said we were staying there with the room they gave us before, the room wasn't even similar to the one we booked, it was the cheapest one available, I don't give it 4 stars, they didn't clean our room even a day, the bathroom didn't have glass in the shower, there were cockroaches, um roll of paper, there was only a bag of coffee and a tea bag, and 2 glasses of water, there is no trash can in the room, there is no iron, there is no telephone in the room, there is the smell of cigarettes in the room, There is only one medium towel for each person. They don't change it, you have to ask them otherwise it won't be in the room. I had to call Expedition to inform them that I paid for a room and they didn't give it to me and the communication is terrible. The lady at Expedition doesn't speak English. who was on the phone with me confirm they don't speak English, not one of the days they were there were they able to apologize or offer a solution, for the disappointment. I don't recommend this hotel and it's worse than a 2 star

Oda berbat durumdaydı.Bizim tefcih ettiğimiz odayı değilde başka bi oda verdiler hotels.com da gözüken ynlış bizde böyle gözüküyo deyip kabul etmediler.
Ayrıca odanın içinde çok fazla böcek vatdı mecbur kaldığımız için kalmak zorunda kaldık.

An dem Tag bin ich zuerst mit meinem Schwager zum Hotel gefahren.
Um einzuchecken sofort fragt der Manager ob ich eine Reservierung habe.Ich habe ihm gesagt das ich eine Reservierung habe.Dann fragte er wo ich sie gemacht hätte.Ich habe ihm dann gesagt bei Expedia.Er sagte dann das Expedia ein Fehler gemacht hätte und sie uns das gebuchte Zimmer nicht geben könnten.Weil sie sonst Verlust machen würden.Was eine Lüge war.Weil auf deren Homepage war das gebuchte Zimmer sogar noch günstiger zu haben.Dann versprach er mir ein anderes Zimmer was etwas kleiner ist.Ich sollte mein Gepäck dort lassen sie würden es aufs Zimmer bringen.Er vertröstete mich .Ich bin dann gegangen und Abends um elf Uhr wieder gekommen mit meiner Frau und meinem beiden kleinen Kindern.Zwei 19 jährige waren an der Rezeption.ich habe nach meinem Zimmer gefragt.Die haben gefragt ob ich eine Reservierung hätte.Ich habe den beiden Teenagern gesagt dass ich schon hier wäre und mit dem Manager gesprochen hätte.Die haben aber gar nicht zugehört. Und meinten dass Expedia ein Fehler gemacht hätte. Mein Gepäck lag auch noch auf dem Boden Als wir das Zimmer sahen war es so dreckig.Und anstatt eines Zimmers mit einem Doppelt Bett und zwei Einzel betten.Haben wir ein Zimmer mit einem doppelt Bett und einem Einzel Bett bekommen. Meine Kinder haben geweint dass sie hier nicht bleiben möchten.An alle aus Deutschland.Kommt nicht in dieses Hotel.
Wir sind aus dem Hotel geflohen.
Um 0.00 Uhr sind wir dann in ein anderes Hotel.

Fuh*ş yuvası hotels’e yazıklar olsun böyle bir oteli bünyesinde barındırdığı için ona güvenip kiraladım rezalet üstüne rezalet yaşadım

Absolutely horrible. I had 4 nights booked and I couldn’t stay even half a night. Booked another hotel and left as soon as I could. Room smelled like something rotting and dead. Reception was held by 2 little kids smoking behind the desk. No AC In the room even though it is listed as AC. Most difsugsting place I’ve ever been to.

I was very disappointed of this place. The worst people work there... They try to scam. I paid my room, but they said we except only cash payments. I waited many hours to get my key, while they searched my reservation.
Room is dirty. People very nonsense rude. First time I met in Turkey such management. Other hotels in my experience were very fine.
Also room is cold, no ant blanket, no heating. Disgusting place.
I just moved to other hotel with good service, warm and clean.

Very dirty place, a lot of coacareches, no heating even at 0C... No cover for bed.

Berbat bir otel. Hayatimda kaldigim en kotu oteldi . Asiri pisti her yeri lavabolar kirec tutmustu ve asiri kotu kokuyordu. Carsaflar lekeli ve yikanmamisti . Yorganin carsafi yoktu ve her yeri pis lekeliydi . Butun gece yan odada alem yaptilar yuksek sesli muzik kapilar acildi carpildi yuksek sesli bagirmali konusmalar. 12 den sabah 7 ye kadar devam etti. Gece odada hamam bocekleri geziyordu. Odada pencere yoktu. O kadar berbatti ki soz verdikleri cerez meyve ikramlari nerede diye sormadik bile . Ucretsiz otopark yaziyordu ama gelince parali denildi. Yani özet olarak aile veya is icin gidilecek bir yer degil ben nereye dustum Allah im deyip hemen kacilacak bir otel.

Oda da böcekler vardı malzemeler eksikti pencere yoktu klima veya kalorifer yoktu battaniye yoktu soğuk olduğu için uyumadık bize atılan fotoğraflarda ki gibi değildi oda

Ich habe nicht das Zimmer bekommen was ich gebucht habe. Die gegend ist total voller müll und einfach nicht schön

Families should not book here, not in a good area.
We pay and book family room for four sleepers but found only one small room with one small bed for singles.
The guys try to cover the case by there nice smile but they will never give your money back.
The room smell was so bad as there is no ventilation if you believe, but we couldn't stay in it so they gave us smaller room 😅

They are in the process of updating so we were in a newly redone room. The staff was so pleasant and friendly. They welcomed us with tea/coffee and cut up fruit and later one young man walked us to a restaurant that he thought we’d enjoy-we did!

No email address shared after booking by Expedia. Couldn’t find an email or website on the internet either. Finally got an email address from Expedia but Kras hotel would not reply to my request for a shuttle from the airport. It doesn’t exist yet they advertise it-Expedia has ignored that Kras hotel did not reply or have a free airport shuttle as advertised. Surprised Expedia allows this hotel on their site…

No shuttle to the airport as they advertise, construction working at 1:00am, very dirty, friendly staff
