Wir waren mehr als 100 % zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel Moderno in Taschkent. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel und das gesamte Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam.

Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Asad von der Rezeption! Er war unglaublich aufmerksam und hat uns praktisch jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. Egal, was wir brauchten oder gefragt haben – Asad war immer hilfsbereit und hat sich sofort darum gekümmert. Vielen Dank dafür!

Auch der Spa-Bereich hat uns begeistert und lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt: Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, gleichzeitig aber sehr zentral. Restaurants, Cafés und die Promenade sind sofort zu erreichen.

My stay at Moderno Hotel & Spa in Tashkent can only be described as discovering a truly hidden gem. Without any doubt, this is one of the most exceptional and remarkable hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in.
First of all, I would like to emphasize that every detail in this hotel has been carefully thought out. The hotel features beautiful and elegant architecture, both inside and out. The spacious and impressive lobby creates a wonderful first impression, while the restaurant offers excellent and diverse breakfast options.
However, the rooms deserve special recognition. They are spacious, beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and absolutely spotless. Some rooms even feature balconies with lovely views overlooking the city streets. The wide and incredibly comfortable bed with an orthopedic mattress guarantees a perfect night's sleep.
The bathroom and shower area are equipped with modern, high-quality fixtures, and the shower itself was truly unforgettable. It was so relaxing that I simply didn't want to step out. Everything in this hotel has been designed with exceptional attention to detail. The cleanliness is absolutely flawless, and, as I mentioned earlier, the breakfast is both varied and delicious.
However, the most important thing I would like to mention—and something I rarely write about in my reviews—is the outstanding professionalism of the reception staff, whom I would like to recognize personally.
I would especially like to mention Asad, Shoxruh and Husan. These remarkable young men are not only highly professional, but they also speak excellent English, are always ready to help, and have extensive knowledge of both Tashkent and the historical and cultural attractions throughout Uzbekistan. They were always willing to offer valuable advice about excursions, places to visit, and the best ways to experience the country.
They truly made my stay in Uzbekistan unforgettable.

Хотим выразить благодарность гостеприимству и персоналу. Очень доброжелательная атмосфера, любой вопрос решаем. Здесь вас обязательно услышат, подскажут и помогут как туристу. Отдельно выделяем прекрасный завтрак: разнообразно, вкусно, опрятно. По комнате: удобный матрас и система кондиционирования. В отеле есть комфортный бассейн и сауны. Шикарная локация: рядом за углом кафе, магазины, аптеки. Далее мы оценили приближенность к проспекту и инфраструктуру. Спасибо за оба трансфера. У нас остались приятные впечатления, большое спасибо.

L’hôtel est très bon, bien situé, correspond aux photos. Le service est impeccable, le petit déjeuner est bon et varié.

Огромное спасибо всему персоналу, особенно Асаду! Всё было отлично, персонал очень гостеприимный и внимательный. Остались только положительные впечатления.
