Everything is top! Very nice rooms, great cleaning service, tasty breakfast, very good location, attentive staff, delicious cocktails. The pool is a hit, amazing sight of the island 🌞

Overall, the hotel has a beautiful design. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially on the day of our check-out, when they kindly allowed us to stay in the room longer due to our significantly delayed flight. The beds were also very comfortable.
A few things could be improved. We had to ask for the beds to be changed, and there was nowhere to put personal items in the toilet/ shower area, apart from the toilet lid, which isn’t very practical or hygienic. The family room was lovely, but it felt a little cramped for two adults and two children. Breakfast could also offer a wider selection and include more local island fruits

Výhledy z oken. Z obou stran hotelu jsou úzké uličky, takže se díváte do velmi blízké zdi. Uličky navíc nevypadají při pohledu shora příliš vábně.

la struttura il personale e la posizione sono ottimi .
ma quello che sconsiglio è la mezza pensione, il ristorante non è interno con menu alla carta con solo la scelta di tre portate pertanto abbia mop richiesto il rimborso della mezza pensione
La posizione della struttura è ottima, essendo proprio nel centro storico di Funchal. Mi è piaciuta anche la piscina e la palestra.
Ho trovato la stanza un po’ piccola ed il servizio di pulizia - anche nella sala colazione - non particolarmente accurato ( vicino ai cornetti c’erano delle formiche).

Ett fint hotell med närhet till det stan erbjuder. Bra frukost och härligt med möjlighet till poolen på eftermiddagen efter dagens äventyr
Great place, very comfy, great breakfast and good interior design!
We loved the place - just a bit of an observation: the hotel lists itself as a 5 star place but it is really more of a solid 4 star.
