Die Lage
Die Lage in der Altstadt ist wirklich toll und dad Schönee grosse Zimmer auch. Der Preis ist für diese Kategorie ok und auch das Frühstück. Die Bar ist eine der Besten im Umkreis.
Man hat keine Aussicht (Altstadtlage) und bei offenem Fester zu schlafen ist schwierig, weil der Gassenlärm sehr laut ins Zimmer kommt. Keine Parkplätze vorhanden. Der Föhn im Zimmer war defekt.

Morgenbuffet eher nicht 5 Sterne würdig, zu laut, zu einfach und nicht qualitativ.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast were great but opening times start from 7.30 am not before.

Ótima localização, pessoal atencioso, serviço e café da manhã impecável. A piscina na cobertura é um show a parte.
A ótima localização no centro dificulta estacionar carros. Os estacionamentos estão a 400 ou 500 metros do hotel. Mas é possível chegar a ele para deixar e apanhar malas, sem grades problemas. Mas tudo isso é explicado na oferta, então não pode ser tratado com uma falha. No mais, todo ótimo.

A magnificent grand dame from the outside, but chic and minimalist on the inside. A really gorgeous hotel right in old town. The heated roof top pool is a winner. I was picked as a VIP guest and received a welcome bottle of bubbles which was a lovely surprise, thank you!
The recommended parking lot is an uncomfortable walking distance away with lots of luggage, and it is not easy to get close by with a car to drop luggage off.
The staff were wonderful, the location was ideal and very convenient, and the hotel was clean. They also surprised me with a cake and wine on my birthday—a lovely, thoughtful gesture from the Guest Experience Manager that made my stay extra special.
It was a little pricey; a more affordable rate would make it better value for money.
Great location and amazing rooftop with a pool and view
This is not a bad thing and maybe my personal preference would suggest less air conditioning in breakfast room as it was rather chilly, more staff to clean tables at breakfast and allow for new guests to sit at table of choice. Also there is a bar in the entrance which I would have expected to be open and staffed so we could enjoy the lovely area created.
Everything was phenomenal! The room, balcony, rooftop pool, breakfast, restaurant for dinner, the staff, the location. We stayed here for the first few days of our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. Makes me want to seek out other Barcelo locations across the world!
