Pros:

I was overall disappointed in my stay

Cons:

Heated pool advertised but was not working and staff wasn’t aware. Also had lots of leaves in it. They alerted maintenance but it wasn’t fixed during my stay

High pet fee of $50

Soaking tub was nice, but no access to soap or shampoo from the tub as they were all hooked to the wall in shower and by sink

No hot water to shower with or from sink 1/25

Someone was smoking weed in another room and the smell came through vents had to air out room at night

Shower is dumb. It is pretty but it was designed by an architect, on paper, and the design is stupit! There is no way to get OUT OF THE STREAM OF WATER! Unless you turn the water off!

Cons:

Bed & sheets weren’t as comfortable as other Tapestry collections I’ve stayed in.
Mentioned it was our anniversary in the reservation but nothing was said or done.

Disappointed by lack of privacy between bathroom and bedroom
Pros:

The location was convenient, and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

There was only a wooden shutter separating the bathroom from the bedroom so no privacy! Also there was a light that remained on all night, with no ability to turn it off.

Everything was great, other than maid service !
Pros:

I liked everything , the room was beautiful! The location was perfect. It is very private, secluded, c and clean.

Cons:

The only complaint was that house keeping did walk into my room even with a “DO NOT DISTURB “ on the door .

Pros:

Very pet friendly. Loved the balcony, bed, sofa, shower and fireplace. Perfect on a rainy day to get cozy after a rainy day. The lounge area was comfortable and Christy was good company while I enjoyed early morning coffee in the main lounge/lobby/breakfast. Staff all seem to enjoy each other and working here.

Cons:

$50 pet fee.

A few small adjustments would make a stay much better
Pros:

The location was good. The lobby area was nice and the terrace and pool would have been good (it's winter). The text check ins were good and the charging options on the lamps were cool, helpful for a phone and a CPAP.

Cons:

There could have been a few accessible wall plugs. The fireplace was nice (a little more heat would have been better). The shower dripped nonstop and the bed was not comfortable. The desk help was okay - the texts were actually more friendly. Would also recommend two bath rugs - the floor is cold and the sink area could use one, too.
