Nice stay in Healdsburg
Pros:

No fitness center but they offered a 2 hour pass to the World Gym close by. Best gym with the best play list that I've been to. The hotel has a beautiful pool in the middle of the parking lot, but it's surrounded by a wall and greenery. Front desk doubles as a bar. Big John's Market is within walking distance.

Cons:

No microwave. Apparently, Paris does not like microwaves in the rooms.

A bit far from the city plaza. You can walk there from the hotel. But you probably will only walk it once, and drive the rest of the time.

Needs an exterior refresh but otherwise a great stay!

We liked the price and the closeness to downtown

The property felt and looked outdated. The whole exterior needs a good pressure washing. The towels in the pool were sometimes available but mostly not. The hot tub by the pool looked very cloudy and we didn’t dare go in. Oliver at the front desk was not friendly or warm as a welcome. He seemed annoyed any time we asked a question.

I would definitely return, but my expectations would be different.
Pros:

The room was very nice, but be aware that if you choose the room type with a soaking tub, your shower is TINY.

Housekeeping did a great job and I believe that for the items that never got restocked, it was more an operational rule than a lack of attention on their part.

The room had an ice bucket but no glasses. When we called down, Elliott told us that we would have to come down to get them. There were no glasses in the bathroom either. The coffee maker in the room is great, but they never fully restock the pods - you have to go down to get them as well as creamers. Bottled water also needs to be picked up daily if you want them. Angie and Christi (?) were fabulous, always trying to be extra friendly and accommodating when we saw or texted with them.. This hotel should feel like a full service hotel stay, but it felt more like a limited service, where you could get what you needed, if you went down to get it yourself.

One last thing that surprised me big time - we stayed here as part of a three week roadtrip with friends so 10 different hotels and this was the only hotel that sent me a survey after we left with an expiration date. I'd never seen that before. I did complete it within the time given, with pretty much the same details as above, but never did hear back.
