Good room and attentive staff

It was absolutely beautiful and quaint
I did not like the nespresso machine
A bit off the beaten track in terms of proximity/walkability to downtown but a nice facility with pool and dog friendly
Comply bed and pillows
It's a stylish property with a lot of personality. The fact that there are some who MIGHT say it's "past it's heyday" because it's clearly an older property. Is, to me, a given. However, that aspect of the property gives it a very genuine charm. I loved it tremendously! We are finding more reasons to return with each passing moment! The price was extremely good and it's location was EXCELLENT.
That I didn't spend more time exploring the place, and it wasn't summer time! No fault of the property there!
Nice hotel and very friendly staff. The room was great although a bit smaller than expected. But the bed comfy and the bathtub was amazing. They had free wine tasting which was also lovely and they were super friendly to my dog.
The hotel was right by the highway, so the balcony was not really great and the pool also you heard the highway, so although you can swim, it was not relaxing.
At a cost of over $1100 for three days, this is one of the most over-priced lodgings I have seen in recent years. At that price they should at least provide a free breakfast, but it turns out that is only for Gold or Diamond Hilton Honors members. Everyone else has to pay, say, $7.00 for just a cheese Danish. The coffee maker did not work, which perhaps was just as well, because the cups provided were of a strange design that would have let it run down your chin. Our room was at the far end of the building, making it a long walk to get to the lobby, where the coffee, at least, was free.
A great location with a friendly staff, very clean rooms!
Nothing
Nice looking. Modern rooms. Staff was great.
There were some works happening in the facility and the noise was a bit much
Beautiful property, with updated and comfortable furnishings and spacious rooms. 2 hottubs and pools, beautiful courtyards and outdoor spaces and reasonable price. Staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a 1-mile walking path to the Healdsburg Plaza with shops and restaurants and bike rental etc.
Nice property with a nice pool. We never used it as the weather didn't cooperate for the time we were there. Close enough to downtown to get there easily by car, bike or uber. You could walk it but that's a bit of a commitment.
Facilities, style, location, staff.
Nothing comes to mind.
Our stay was good until we packed up and noticed my nice red dress was missing!
We went to a wine cave dinner on a Saturday night and I wore my red dress that had been hanging in the closet during our stay.
That night I put it in my dirty clothes bag on my suitcase. On Monday morning dumped out my dirty clothes to pack up and no bright red dress.
My husband and I looked everywhere in the room several times. Under and behind furniture, since we never thought anyone would ever steal our clothes out of our room!
They did come in everyday to clean our room and I guess that was our mistake.
I reported it to the front desk that morning as we left, they looked in the back and then out a note on our account.
When we got home and emptied out our suitcases and still no red dress, I called to follow up with the manager. She said she saw it marked on the account, talked to staff and no one has seen it.
Never thought I would have a dress stolen from our room. I had only wore it twice and it is no longer available to order. If we didn’t have our room cleaned everyday maybe I would still have my dress!
Nice place
Staff were wild
