The property is a great spot especially when attending a wedding in the area

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I loved being shown the other rooms for future stays and what other facilities can be enjoyed. The view was beautiful, I wish I could have had a longer time to enjoy the property.

Cons:

The price was very high for a night that you can only stay for less than 24 hours. Check in is at 15:00 which I asked last year if it were possible for me to check in a bit earlier as I needed to attend a wedding at 15:30 and would have enjoyed getting ready in my room beforehand. They said they would make a note of it but when it came to confirming this a few days before, I was denied an earlier check in. The room was right above the main communal space and kitchen so when staff arrived from 6:00 it was very noisy and could not sleep after that. I would book the furthest room from the dining in the future.

Großartiges Personal, aber verdammt mieses Zimmer
Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Restaurant war auch lecker allerdings muss man am Morgen schon bestellen was man abends haben möchte und wann. an beiden Tagen war das Essen leider schon relativ kalt als wir es bekommen haben

Cons:

Der Raum war eine Frechheit. Der seeblick war quasi nicht existent und man blickte direkt auf den außenbereich des retaurants. Von der dort konnte man allerdings auch direkt von allen tischen aus direkt auf das bett schauen und wenn man die badezimmer tür nicht gechlossen hat auch direkt auf die toilette.

Das einzige Fenster, abgesehen von der Schiebetür, grenzte auch direkt an den Waschraum und morgens früh wurde es direkt laut.

Anders als beschrieben hatte unser zimmer auch keinen zweiten Ausgang mit einem zusätzlichen Balkon wie die anderen Zimmer der gleichen Kategorie. Dem entsprechend mussten nachts das Fenster und die Tür zu bleiben, was bei fehlender Klimaanlage nicht angenehm war.

Es gab ebensfalls keine minibar wie angegeben.

Als wir das alles angesprochen haben bei der Rezeption, hat man uns gesagt man könnte nicht für ein einzelnes zimmer eine weitere Kategorie auf booking.com einstellen. Man hat uns einen Gutschein gegeben für ein winetasting des Weingutes als Entschädigung und nur gesagt, dass das nur bis 5 offen habe. Wir haben dann an unserem letzten Tag den letzten Stopp auf unserer Tour gecanceled um dorthin zu gehen und sind den schildern auf dem Gelände des hotels gefolgt die angeben, wo das Tasting zu finden sei. Dort angekommen hat man uns gesagt, dass das tasting nicht mehr hier sei, sondern jetzt wo anders zu finden sei. Der "Gutschein" ist also ersatzlos verfallen.

Als disclaimer: wir haben scheinbar einfach Pech gehabt und das mit Abstand schlechteste Zimmer bekommen und man kann auch deutlich mehr Glück haben. Uns hat uns das alles den Aufenthalt aber ziemlich vermiest.

Excellent séjour, le lieu magique.
Pros:

Très bon séjour.
On a apprécié le calme malgré le passage de la route à proximité, l’environnement, la gentillesse du personnel au petit soin et les bons moments passés dans cet établissement. Chambres spacieuse avec une vue incroyable sur le lac. On nous a même offert un wine tasting qu’on a pas pu faire malheureusement. Très bon petit déjeuner à la carte mais négociable selon la disponibilité des aliments. Très bonne note pour le vin qu’on a pu goûter lors d’un dîner. Merci à Faith et à toute l’équipe. On vous garde dans nos cœurs.

Comfortable stay for a few nights!

The staff was very welcoming, the breakfast is good, wifi works! One again, the staff is very supportive.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit dated, definitely looks more modern on the pictures. The bathroom could use a bit of renovation. Not critical, but somehow the expectations were higher

Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée avec une jolie vue sur le plan d’eau
Hôtel à taille humaine (moins de 10 chambres)
Personnel très agréable

Cons:

Au vu du prix élevé de la chambre, il serait apprécié de pouvoir choisir plus qu’un plat pour le petit déjeuner (on ne peut pas prendre du sucré et du salé sans payer de supplément)

Le frigo était très sale et le ménage de la salle de bain devrait être plus minutieux

Trop peu de transats au niveau de la piscine (seulement 6)

Le dimanche une dizaine de personnes extérieures à l’hôtel étaient à la piscine, faisaient beaucoup de bruit et nous éclaboussaient en sautant sans cesse dans l’eau. Tous les voyageurs ont désertés la piscine, au vu du prix on aurait souhaité un minimum de calme et de confort

Il était compliqué d’accéder à l’hôtel car la grille était fermé, la sonnette ne fonctionne pas et personne ne répondait au téléphone.
