The location was perfect for what I needed, and parking was available. Breakfast was excellent, and options for a vegetarian were plentiful. En suite shower was good and very clean, with a wealth of toiletries on hand.
The steps up to the property might be a problem for the very elderly, but there's not much the host could do about that, and it was made clear in the listing.
A lot of attention to detail has been given to the little things. Massive choice of breakfast items and very comfortable room. Thank you.

A beautully kept home, with amazing views from the room we were in. The host was very accommodating, warm and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay here, would definitely return.
There was nothing not to like.
Tracey was extremely helpful. Unfortunately I took unwell and didn’t really get the chance to sample her hospitality. The stairs leading up to the house would put us off rebooking there.

Beautiful room with amazing view. Tracey the owner was so friendly and welcoming and made the stay so relaxing. Everything was lovely, the bed was super comfortable, the breakfast (continental) was perfect. Lots of extras like treats in the room made this an exceptional place to stay. The reviews are well deserved. It was exactly what we needed for our music night out at the Barnoldswick. Tracey even gave us a recommendation for eating out which was delicious. We very much hope to stay again, it was great. Great to meet the doggies too, that was a bonus! :)

Its location to our event and the warm welcome from the host.
I was a little unsure about the cooked breakfast. Details were given on arrival but the welcome book in the room said we had to preorder the night before. As we went out that night we didn’t preorder so we ate breakfast out. This is a tiny negative in an otherwise great visit and place to stay.
Perfect, Tracy puts so much love and attention into the accommodation and nothing is to much, And surrounded by countryside and views
