Would stay again!
Pros:

Tracey and Richard were very welcoming and helpful. Advised us on where (and where not) to eat for the evening. Continental breakfast was good, with wide range of cereals, toast, etc. We were traveling by bike and were able to store both bicycles in their locked shed overnight. Bathroom was well supplied with toiletries, etc.

Can't think of anything.

Awesome little find! Hosta were very friendly and everything we needed was there. Breakfast was a continental style but option for cooked breakfast available. Room had all you could need and treats to boot! We will return

Lots of extras in both our room and bathroom.
Very friendly welcome,and throughout our stay
Lots of choice for included breakfast and although I didn't have a cooked breakfast it looked amazing, will be having one next time.

Top notch. Already looking to book again over the summer.
Pros:

Very comfortable room. Tracey is a great host. Nothing was too much trouble. Amazing views. Great variety of little extras such as sweets, chocolates and toiletries.

Cons:

The only negatives are the steep steps to the guest house, though obviously you need a bit of height to get the amazing views. And the family bathroom, which is massively spacious and has both shower and a bath, isn't en-suite although it is solely for the use of that room and is only a few yards down a private corridor.
