Quiet and Clean
Pros:

Location is near to München Hbf so short term stay is very economical as no need to buy local transport tickets. Reception is good and room facilities were up to the mark. One of the manager Gabi was very helpful in accommodating the requests.

Cons:

We didn't do the breakfast so not sure about it.

قريب جدا من ساحة المارين ونظيف ومكيف
Pros:

الغرفه نظيفه جدا جدا وأشبه بفنادق الخليج
قريب جدا من ساحة المارين 500 متر
يوجد مطعم شاورما سوري أمام الفندق
خلف الفندق مصافط ارضيه تابعه لفندق كبير لكن المواقف للأمانه غاليه اليوم ب45 يورو مايعادل 200 ريال بس أنها قريبه جدا للفندق
الغرفه اللي عطوني كانت اصغر غرفه على مااعتقد وفيها عامود كبير بنص الغرفه أعاق الحركه
لكن يوجد ثلاجه وفيها مشروبات مجانيه وآلة قهوة انسبريسو
والإضاءه ممتازه ويوجد مكيف
الحمام مجهز بشكل كامل ونظيف لايحتوي على شطاف
باب الغرفه يفتح ببطاقه
ونظام الأمان عالي بالفندق بعد الساعه 7 مساء يغلق باب الفندق ولايمكن الدخول إلا عن طريق الباب الثاني من خلال بطاقة الغرفه
يوجد اصنصير
يوجد شتر على الدرايش بأكملها

المنطقه بالليل ماتصلح أصوات وإزعاج وغير امنه بعد الساعه 10 لكن الشتر نفعنا عزل الصوت شوي

A small hotel with lots of character within walking distance of everything.
Pros:

Cute, modern & quirky hotel right on the main street between the train station (Hauptbahnhof) and the Marienplatz. The manager is a very gregarious person and we always shared a laugh when we met. Breakfast was downstairs at a small cafe and the food was good (if a slightly limited selection) and very convenient.

Cons:

The location on the main street has it's perks, but being so close to the trolley tracks became an issue at night. A trolley went by EVERY 3 MINUTES until very late and our lower floor room was overwhelmed by the rumble. Thankfully, earplugs saved the day. On upper floors it might be a non-issue.
