How clean and updated everything was

Cons:

Having the room literally right next to parking on the main floor. You could hear everyone getting in and out of their cars and talking. The blinds had to stay closed due to being right next to cars

The rooms are clean. I wasn't aware that there would not be a microwave in the room or a freezer in the refrigerator. There is one microwave on the first floor.

I had selected a room with two queen beds, received a room with one king bed.

The gal that checked me in was very non-communicative dull; the other employees including Shalisa in the restaurant area were very customer service oriented.

Very beautiful finishes in the room. Clean and updated. Great view and large windows with blackout shades. Beds were comfortable and check out was at 12.

Pros:

The woman working the front desk when we arrived our first night was amazing (I'm assuming she was the manager). She recognized us on our return trip a week later and did her absolute best to make sure the two rooms we booked were kept together. Her coworker didn't quite know what they were doing, but overall the staff were great.

Cons:

One of our rooms had a funky smell.
