Very poor — the hotel, staff, and management are terrible.

Behaviour of the reception desk. They were gentle.

Cons:

Unacceptable Check-Out Policy: Most concerningly, the hotel enforces an extremely restrictive check-out policy. We were only given the room for 12 hours, meaning we had to check out at 09:00 AM the next morning. This is not clearly advertised and is completely unacceptable for a standard hotel booking. It felt less like a hotel and more like a short-term rental by the hour.
