Was booked for my partner's bday after confirming for the decoration so many times...still it was missing nd staff dont have the justified ans they just said we forgot...which is really disappointing and unexpected.

Stunning lobby, spacious rooms. The rooms have a charm, they’ll draw you in and make you feel cared for. More specifically, the hotel staff was kind enough to help us out with decorations to account for a birthday celebration. Made our time special there. The breakfast buffet is definitely one of the best you can find, especially the Viennoiserie.
The view from your room might vary, some face ongoing construction. Some noise from construction can seep into your room, for us it was manageable.
Nice rooms and next door retail. And caffès. Dilki really helped me.

Have found the place luxurious, especially the restaurant. The room was elegant, clean, no noise and the service was exemplary.

The construction noise - also during the night at 4am - was a bit annoying. All day long it was also going on. And the area felt a bit out in the middle of nowhere.
I stayed at Grand Hyatt Gurgaon for 3 nights last week and the experience was simply superb from start to finish. From check-in at the front desk to departure, everything was handled with genuine warmth, efficiency, and professionalism. No request ever felt too much, and the team consistently went above and beyond to ensure a seamless stay.
We also hosted a partner event during our stay, and the support provided by the hotel team was exceptional throughout — flawless coordination, attention to detail, and true hospitality at every level.
Overall, a 10/10 experience. One of the best hotel stays I have had in recent times. Highly recommended for both business and events.
I am a globalist who travels around the world more than 200 days. This hotel is my new default due to two reasons - tastefully built, has a nice architecture and attention to details which doesn’t usually appear in chain hotels. Secondly, the staff is top notch. Special mention to Soumajit and Surbhi. Soumajit even reached out to check during his leave days. Very impressed. Will be back again soon.
