Great service - the staff was extremely polite and helpful.
Un séjour absolument exceptionnel ! L’hôtel est magnifique, très spacieux, d’une propreté irréprochable et dispose de nombreux équipements. Le petit-déjeuner est incroyable, avec énormément de choix et une excellente qualité. Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours attentionné et professionnel. La piscine est immense et très agréable, et les toilettes japonaises sont un vrai petit plus !
Nous avons séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels 5 étoiles en Inde et le Grand Hyatt était de loin le meilleur, sans aucune hésitation. Une expérience presque parfaite !
Le principal point négatif reste le bruit important lié au chantier situé juste en contrebas de l’hôtel. Les travaux nous ont réveillés le matin et le bruit était également très présent à la piscine, ce qui gâche malheureusement le côté relaxant de cet espace pourtant magnifique.
Autre petite déception : le choix de restaurants, que nous avons trouvé assez limité et peu intéressant pour un établissement de ce standing.
C’est vraiment dommage, car sans ces deux points, le séjour aurait été absolument parfait.

From the moment we arrived, Khushi went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. She surprised us with a beautiful room upgrade and thoughtfully arranged lovely decorations in our room. It was such a heartwarming and unexpected gesture that made our experience even more memorable.
What impressed us most wasn’t just the upgrade or the decorations, but the genuine care, attention to detail, and personal touch Khushi brought to everything. She didn’t simply provide excellent service — she exceeded every expectation and made us feel truly valued as guests.
