No geral, foi uma agradável experiência.
Pros:

A localização é relativamente próxima do centro de Madrid e o local é tranquilo. Quarto limpo mas isso é o mínimo que um hotel pode oferecer. Gostámos bastante da cama. A funcionária portuguesa foi a mais simpática e prestável de todas com quem falámos. O sorriso é fundamental quando nos estão a receber.

O pequeno almoço podia melhorar na variedade e no espaço para o efeito.
