Quisiera sugerir que revisen su política de atención al huésped respecto al suministro de agua. A diferencia de la mayoría de los hoteles internacionales, aquí no se ofrecen botellas selladas. En su lugar, encontré vasos de vidrio ya servidos en la habitación, lo cual resulta poco higiénico y poco profesional, ya que el huésped no tiene garantía de la procedencia del líquido. Aunque el agua del hotel sea potable, el protocolo de botellas cerradas es un estándar de calidad y seguridad que falta en su establecimiento

Pros:

W kategoriach hotelu-na-jedną-noc koło lotniska - obiekt spełnia wszystkie wymagania i trudno oczekiwać więcej.. Pokoje są małe, wygodne, czyste, łazienki bardzo dobrze zorganizowane. Do lotniska jest 10-15 minut. Świetna obsługa na recepcji.

Cons:

Nieprzyjemny, nieuprzejmy personel gastronomiczny. Śniadania dopiero od 7 - jak na hotel lotniskowy do za krótko.

Great stay
Pros:

Staff was very kind and helpfull, it was quiet in the room, room was good, wifi was also good. Overall impression is great!

Cons:

It would be great if there was some choice of fresh salads for breakfast; water pressure was a bit weak iin the shower (but nothing dramatic); towels looked clean, but hasd an odd smell - like they are not.

Ogólnie udany pobyt, jednak kłopotliwy dojazd do i z hotelu sprawia, że wybiorę inny hotel.
Pros:

Śniadanie wystarczające, choć bez rewelacji. Wielu gości oglądał głośne programy na smartfonach, personel w ogóle nie reagował. Mnie to przeszkadzało. Pokój był bardzo czysty, łóżko wygodne.

Cons:

Dwie rzeczy: 1) śliska podłoga pod prysznicem. Można było się śmiertelnie pośliznąć. Dobrze byłoby położyć jakieś maty antypoślizgowe. 2) wybrałem ten hotel ze względu na shuttle service, bo sam hotel jest dość daleko od lotniska. Już po rezerwacji i opłaceniu zobaczyłem, że ostatni shuttle service odjeżdża o 10.30, podczas gdy doba hotelowa jest do 12.00 w południe. Mój samolot był o 15.30, więc nie skorzystałem z shuttle service o 10.30, byłoby to bez sensu. Pozostała taxi, czyli koszt nieco wyższy, niż shuttle service. Oceniam te rozbieżność między ostatnim kursem shuttle service, a check out'em o 12.00 jako nielogiczne.
