السبب إني حجزت الفندق اني قرات التعليقات ووجدت عليه مدح وشفت ان سعره يعتبر منخفض مقارنة بغيره لكن الحقيقة هي ان تجربتي ادناه .. دفعت الاجرة كاملة لكن ارى ان الخدمة لم تكن كاملة

Cons:

1-في يوم وصولي للفندق حيث كنت عائد من رحلة طيران قاربت 7 ساعات مع التعب، قمت بطلب من مطعم خارج الفندق وعند وصول عامل التوصيل أبلغتهم باستلامه فقالوا لي استلمه بنفسك!! فنزلت واستلمته بنفسي!!
2-وعندما أردت تسجيل الخروج ابلغتهم باني احتاج للبورتر (حامل الحقائب) وانتظرتهم مدة طويلة ثم اتصلت مرة ثانية وابلغتني الموظفة انه سيحضر ولكن بنهاية المطاف قمت بانزال الحقايب بنفسي وكل ذلك موثق، وهو ما تسبب بنسياني لاغراضي الشخصية بالدولاب (التي كان من المفترض وضعها في علاق الترولي الخاص بالحقايب) تواصلت معاهم اخيرا لايجاد حل لايصال تلك المتعلقات لكن لم يتم حل الموضوع.
3-عند الاتصال على خدمة الفندق من هاتف الفندق طبيعي ان تتصل ولا احد يجيب؟!
