Pros:

The room and food was great. Whole hotel was very clean and facilities were great

Cons:

Housekeeping should get more training. They often forgot dirty utensils in the room, and when I investigated one of the housekeeper mentioned she cleans the utensils in bathroom . They don’t take utensils in kitchen and clean in dishwasher. I found this unhygienic as I stayed with my toddler who would take the dirty utensils
