Had a wonderful experience. The place is cozy and clean. The service is great and accommodating especially Andy, Mark, and Jaya. They were very welcoming and warm as well as to the other staff who greets us everytime we will pass by them. Will definitely recommend this place!

Our family reunion brought together 36 relatives from all over the world for an unforgettable 8-day celebration in the Philippines, and one of the highlights of our stay at Lime Resort El Nido was the outstanding service we received from Fau and Chris.
From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with warm smiles, genuine hospitality, and an energy that made our entire family feel at home. Managing a group of 36 guests is no small feat, yet Fau and Chris handled every request with professionalism, patience, and exceptional attention to detail.
Whether it was accommodating special requests, coordinating our large group during meals, ensuring everything ran smoothly, or simply checking in to make sure we were comfortable, they consistently went above and beyond. Their teamwork, attentiveness, and positive attitudes never wavered, even during the busiest times.
Exceptional service is what transforms a great vacation into a truly unforgettable one, and Fau and Chris did exactly that. They made every member of our family feel valued and cared for, creating memories that we'll cherish long after our trip.

We had a really great experience during our stay. Everything was incredibly easy to plan because the staff helped coordinate everything for us, including rides and transportation, which made our trip completely stress-free. Andy and Chris were especially helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay.

The hotel is in a fantastic location—it’s just a short walk to the beach, close to the city center, and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants, making it very convenient to explore the area. The rooms were spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable, and you could tell the property is cared for with attention to detail.

The food at the rooftop bar was excellent, with great views and a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would 100% stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

What an amazing view!!

The moment we stepped out onto the top floor and saw the Infinity Pool, our jaws dropped with the picturesque scene right in front of us.

We spent most of our time hear swimming, eating, relaxing, and watching the epic sunset. We loved the LIME theme everywhere from the Welcome Drinks to the Green & Blue branding, to the FREE daily Popcorn and Ice Cream.

We are looking forward to staying at the other LIME properties!

My wife wanted to find a hotel in El Nido that was away from the busy town proper, as it has become quite crowded. That's when she found Lime Resort El Nido. Our booking process went smoothly, and we chose the 3D2N Endless Summer Package for 4pax. Special thanks to Dhine for reinstating our reservation after an issue arose before our scheduled stay.

If you're traveling from Puerto Princesa, the resort offers a van transfer with a pick-up point at Robinsons Place Puerto Princesa (in our case) for ₱1,050 per person, which is very convenient.

Upon arrival, we were impressed by the spacious lobby, beautiful lighting, and elegant chandelier, which gave a great first impression. We were warmly welcomed by Kath at the front desk. She was knowledgeable, calm, professional, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Her excellent customer service made our check-in experience enjoyable. That said, I have a few constructive suggestions for improvement. First, the inclusions of our package were not explained during check-in. I had to follow up to confirm which tour was included in the Endless Summer Package. Secondly, there was no briefing regarding our dinner inclusion. I had to inform the staff at the Sky Lounge that our package included dinner, and they were initially unaware of this benefit. Lastly, I had to remind her that I still needed to settle the payment for the van transfer we availed from Puerto Princesa to El Nido. These may seem like small details, but they are important. Guests should not have to ask about the benefits and inclusions of the package they have already booked. A thorough orientation during check-in and better coordination between departments would make the overall guest experience much smoother.

On our second night, we had our dinner at the Sky Lounge as my wife understood that our package includes ₱4,000 worth of dining credits. We arrived at the Sky Lounge at around 7:00 PM and were warmly welcomed by Claire. She promptly attended to us, handed us the menu, took our orders, and even prepared a table for four. Shortly after, it started raining, so we requested to move to another table. Claire was very accommodating and immediately helped us transfer and reset our table, which we truly appreciated. The Sky Lounge was fully packed with guests that evening, and it appeared that there were only a few staff members on duty. As a result, our food was served after more than an hour of waiting, and one of our orders was accidentally missed. Since it was getting late and we had already spent the whole day on an excursion, we decided to cancel the missing food item as well as the rest of our dessert orders.
While we understand that busy nights can be challenging, the long wait and delayed service put a disappointing end to what had otherwise been an enjoyable day. We appreciate Claire's attentiveness and professionalism despite the circumstances, but we hope the resort can improve staffing and kitchen coordination during peak hours to provide a better dining experience for its guests.

Regarding the dinner inclusion, the promotional material on the website states that the ₱6,800 per person Endless Summer Package includes a ₱1,000 dining credit. However, when we sought clarification, Maria from the Front Desk informed us that the dining credit was PER ROOM, not per person. I chose not to argue further, as I didn't want it to affect our vacation. However, this discrepancy between the promotional information and the explanation provided at the resort can easily confuse guests. It would be helpful if the resort ensured that its promotional materials, package terms, and staff are all aligned so guests receive clear and consistent information before and during their stay.
Front Desk Staff also should know how many rooms the guest booked for. During my conversation with Maria, she is only deducting P1,000.00 from our dinner bill instead of P2,000.00, as we booked for two rooms. Again, attention to details is very important.

Breakfast at the Sky Lounge was one of the best breakfast experiences I've had. The open-air setup, stunning view, and relaxing ambiance made it a great way to start the day. What impressed us the most was the wide variety of food choices—from American and Filipino breakfast favorites to cold cuts, pastries, desserts, fresh fruits, and many more. There was something for everyone.
Our breakfast experience on the first morning was excellent. However, the service noticeably declined on our second day. When we arrived, there were no available tables, so we ended up clearing one ourselves before we could be seated. We also noticed that there were only two staff members attending to a full dining area.
Because of the limited manpower, clean glasses and cutlery quickly ran out, and food refills were slower than expected. While we understand that the restaurant was busy, it appeared to be a staffing issue rather than a service issue.
I hope the management can better anticipate peak occupancy and schedule enough staff accordingly. Proper manpower planning during high-occupancy periods would help maintain the excellent dining experience that the Sky Lounge is clearly capable of providing.

I would also like to commend Jec for proactively following up on our van transfer from Lime Resort back to Puerto Princesa. It gave us peace of mind knowing that our transportation arrangements were being taken care of. I'd also like to recognize Jorez for his thoughtfulness. While we were waiting in the lobby for our transfer, he noticed that I looked uncomfortable and, without me even asking, brought over an electric fan. It was a simple gesture, but it showed genuine attentiveness and care for the guests' comfort. These acts of initiative and hospitality left a positive impression on us and are excellent examples of the kind of service that guests truly appreciate.

PS: We have seen a few small cockroaches in our room ( coffee counter & bathroom area) and even in my parents' room. I have reported this to Kath, but she mentioned that this is the first time she has heard this from a guest.

Overall, nice hotel, nice staff just need some polishing and attention to details.

The location, the room, and all the amenities were amazing! The food was satisfying each and every time, our regular waitress Faulainne did an amazing job! Very attentive with food and drinks, hardworking, and such a positive aura overall, surely added to the experience! I recommend the lime life experience, and the excursions were very accessible!

The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. They always greeted us with a warm "Good morning," "Good afternoon," and "Good evening," which made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and always smelled fresh and clean. The buffet breakfast deserves extra praise, with a wide variety of delicious dishes that changed every day. 💯 The hotel's location was excellent—quiet, peaceful, and spacious, making it the perfect place to relax. One of the highlights of our stay was watching the sunset from the Sky Lounge. It was absolutely magnificent and mesmerizing—no words can truly describe how breathtaking the view of the sunset was.

A short ride from the town center, this hotel was a great stay. The service was great all around. Our server Randz took care of us a couple of days and was a good host.

The infinity pool right at the shore gave great views of the sunset. They also provide other good amenities such as breakfast, afternoon ice cream, and popcorn.

Would recommend this spot for someone looking to find a modern hotel without breaking the bank.

I visited Lime Resort El Nido during my pre-birthday trip to El Nido. While I was looking forward to exploring the islands and trying different activities, a typhoon forced us to change our plans. Instead, we decided to avail of the resort's day pass for ₱1,500, which included ₱1,000 consumable for food and drinks—and it turned out to be a wonderful alternative.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Rud Ann at the front desk. Her cheerful personality, professionalism, and genuine hospitality immediately made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. She explained everything clearly and ensured we had a pleasant start to our day.

We spent the day enjoying the resort's beautiful pool, breathtaking views, and relaxing atmosphere. The food and drinks were satisfying, and the service from the bar and restaurant team was excellent. A special mention goes to Mr. Hans, who consistently checked on us and made sure we were enjoying our refreshments. His attentiveness and friendly service truly enhanced our experience.

Although the weather prevented us from exploring El Nido the way we had planned, Lime Resort turned an otherwise disappointing day into a relaxing and enjoyable one. The stunning views, impressive facilities, and exceptional customer service made every peso of the day pass worthwhile.
