The view from the pool and the pool bar that was about it.
The ‘balcony’ looked onto a rock wall full of litter. The whole hotel smelled damp. The pool was quite dirty and lots of tiles needed replacing. The breakfast was really bad, such unappealing looking food, we ended up having to go out and buy breakfast. The gym was tiny and only the cycling machine worked.
Rien
Nice rooftop pool and great selection for breakfast. Modern interior.
Bathroom was a bit worn out, and the beach in front of the hotel, and the narrow passageway to there was very not nice.
Room was very clean.
Pool view was amazing
Staff were great. We had food poisoning (from outside the hotel) and the staff were very caring and brought us bananas and ginger tea as requested..
The wardrobe was ridiculous! The bar to hand clothes on was front to back rather than left to rifgt, resulting in hardly any room to hang clothes and not being able to see them.
Breakfast wasn't great, not much choice and hardly any fruit
One of the bed was too soft, it felt like the springs had gone.
The pool, food and beds were absolutely wonderful. I loved the massages. The staff were friendly and helpful for tours and room upgrades. The housekeeping staff needed frequent reminders to stock the toilet paper, towels and water. The evening entertainment was excellent. The place was clean, cozy and i would definetly come back.
Dirty, power outage
Nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good wifi, good breakfast. Probably the best pool in El Nido. Amazing sunset views.
A bit far from the main town so need tuktuk or motorbike.
Location was great
Perfect location
The staff still need a lot of training
Location, a little out of the main town was good and the vibe of the hotel was good
Not much , a few days house keeping didn’t give us towels, a little frustrating but nothing that wasn’t fixed
Staff are very accomodating helpfull and polite
The rooms are big perfect for sunset view
Its just the elevator sometimes had a bad smell other than that no complain
The pool area, and location were great. There’s a massage spot and laundromat walking distance. Restaurant and bar were pretty good. They organized 2 tours for us which I found very convenient.
Rooms need some work. Floors seemed dirty and towels although changed every day did not smell fresh. We even had one that was covered in what I hope was lint and not dust.
Rooms are big clean and quiet
Its just the elevator sometime had bad smell
Hotel looks beautiful, bedroom and beautifully decorated with great amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful, they provide free shuttle services to town and would assist with calling a tuktuk. Not far from town and convenient location to local attractions.
You can’t bathe at the beach in front of the hotel which isnt said to you until after you book which is annoying since it is described as a “beach front hotel”. Toilet was leaking dirty toilet water onto the floor after you flushed it. After bringing it up with staff, maintained “fixed” it until it later started doing the same thing. After insisting I changed rooms they finally switched my rooms. Breakfast had limited options and for some reason had lunch options instead of typical breakfast stuff. Some days were okay with sausage or bacon options but it wouldn’t be every day.
The sunset and food from the pool area was our favorite and so was the band - husband said it was his favorite among all the food places we had. Most staff always greet with a smile. Housekeeping staff was helpful.
Property was in a good location but does not seem to be managed well - our key lock died and had to wait for staff to open the door (houseman was quick to call for help), balcony chairs were missing upon check-in (one was left in the dining and had to ask for another one), towels had super weird smell, hand towels were taken but were not replenished, couch was extremely dirty, had to remove batteries from the safe to stop beeping, faint smell of sewage everywhere, and while the pool view was beautiful, crew needs a lot of training - they avoid eye contact, had to consistently call and catch their attention to ask for menu, order, and pay. It was recommended to us for our honeymoon, we enjoyed Palawan but I wouldn’t say it’s worth P50,000+ for 3 days stay.
