Pros:

Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Hotel sprawia wrażenie nowoczesnego.

Cons:

Rezerwowaliśmy 4 pokoje. Trzy z nich były brudne tak jakby nadal mieszkali w nim ludzie (do połowy pełne butelki z wodą, kosz pełen śmieci, brudne lustra).
Ale najgorsza jest ogromna wilgoć w całym hotleu. Wszystkie ciuchy śmierdzące i mokre. Wilgotna, obrzydliwa pościel.
Już na wejściu czuć dziwny zapach. We windach śmierdzi piwnicą.
Basen ładny, ale zniszczony, nadaje się o renowacji. Przy basenie 4 leżaki i 3 kanapy. Jak na hotel z tyloma pokojami zdecydowanie za mało.

Pros:

The hotel has an infinity pool from where you can admire the magnificent sunsets.

Cons:

The rooms are decent in terms of space, but the ones facing the hill (or whatever that area is) have a strong smell of mold. A very important aspect is that you cannot swim in the sea and there is no beach in front of the hotel.

Comfortabel maar niet bijzonder.
Pros:

Het zwembad en de kamers waren ruim.

Cons:

Veel herrie van de airco. De deur in de badkamer ging naar binnen open hierdoor wordt het heel krap in douche/toiletruimte. Beneden ruik je de rioollucht. Veel te weinig ligbedjes bij het zwembad.

Very disappointing, especially for the money.

The view from the pool and the pool bar that was about it.

Cons:

The ‘balcony’ looked onto a rock wall full of litter. The whole hotel smelled damp. The pool was quite dirty and lots of tiles needed replacing. The breakfast was really bad, such unappealing looking food, we ended up having to go out and buy breakfast. The gym was tiny and only the cycling machine worked.

Check in prévu à15h, nous sommes arrivés a 18h30 et la chambre n’était pas prête. Elle nous propose d’aller boire un verre a nos frais au bar. Petit déjeuner, ils ne remplissaient pas donc tout été vide. Et ils ne débarrassait pas les tables donc franchement limite. Chambre humides et draps qui sentent l’humidité. Sol qui se décolle.

Room was very clean.
Pool view was amazing
Staff were great. We had food poisoning (from outside the hotel) and the staff were very caring and brought us bananas and ginger tea as requested..

Cons:

The wardrobe was ridiculous! The bar to hand clothes on was front to back rather than left to rifgt, resulting in hardly any room to hang clothes and not being able to see them.

Breakfast wasn't great, not much choice and hardly any fruit

One of the bed was too soft, it felt like the springs had gone.

Bathroom was a bit worn out, and the beach in front of the hotel, and the narrow passageway to there was very not nice.

Excellent sleep and great breakfasts. Best view from the pool
Pros:

The pool, food and beds were absolutely wonderful. I loved the massages. The staff were friendly and helpful for tours and room upgrades. The housekeeping staff needed frequent reminders to stock the toilet paper, towels and water. The evening entertainment was excellent. The place was clean, cozy and i would definetly come back.

The best sunset spot in El Nido
Pros:

Nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good wifi, good breakfast. Probably the best pool in El Nido. Amazing sunset views.

Cons:

A bit far from the main town so need tuktuk or motorbike.
