Trop cher pour ces prestations décevantes
Pros:

Navette gratuite 4 fois par jour pour aller dans le centre-ville, literie confortable, très belle piscine avec vue magnifique pour le coucher de soleil, grande TV, grand coffre-fort. 2 grandes bouteilles d'eau apportées chaque jour.

Cons:

Pas de double-vitrage, du 5e étage on entend les chauffeurs parler en bas au pied de l'hôtel, les coqs, les chiens. L'eau dans le lavabo s'écoulait très mal. Impossible de monter la climatisation au-dessus de 23 degrés. Dans les lits, une couette au lieu d’un simple drap qui aurait suffi en cette saison. La serrure de la porte de la chambre est tombée en panne de piles 2 fois en 5 jours, dont une fois ou après avoir changé les piles on est resté bloqué dans la chambre sans réussir à avoir la réception au téléphone. Nous avons dû taper sur la porte jusqu'à ce qu'un membre du personnel nous entende. Les interrupteurs pour les différentes lumières d'ambiance et rideaux sont compliqués à utiliser.

Relaxing Escape with Stunning Island Views
Pros:

We had a great stay at Lime Resort El Nido. The room was spacious and comfortable, with an absolutely stunning view of the sea, surrounding islands, and dramatic rock formations, definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

The rooftop pool is a must experienc it’s the perfect spot to watch the sunset. The view is so breathtaking that it really makes you want to stay longer and just soak in the moment.

The hotel is about a 10-minute tricycle ride from El Nido town, which cost us around 150 pesos per trip. While it’s slightly away from the main area, it’s convenient enough. There’s also a laundry shop nearby and a massage spa just in front of the hotel, which was very handy.

Breakfast can be enjoyed on the balcony behind the reception area, and the setting makes for a peaceful and enjoyable start to the day.

Overall, a beautiful place to stay with incredible views—highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Cons:

The bathroom layout was a bit unusual, with limited space in the toilet area while the shower room felt quite large, but it was still functional overall.

Sunset view is great. Location is fine not too far from the town proper if you prefer a quieter area. Staff are very accomodating with all our needs and request and felt a very personal touch.

Cons:

Average on the room cleaning. Needs to sweep the rooms everyday as well as some small missed things such as cleaning coffee cups after guest have used them.

C’était vraiment pas propre cafard, tache sang sur un oreiller, plafond moisi, vitres opaque de saleté etc…,,nous avons dû changer plusieurs de chambres et des équipements en panne ou absent , le manque de réactivité pour régler les problèmes voir l’absence de réaction.

Best hotel in El Nido. Worth every cent.
Pros:

Everything. The staff was kind. Breakfast was amazing. The roof top pool vibes were epic, with DJs and music all day long. You could spend the whole day at the hotel and still have fun. I enjoyed the free popcorn and ice cream offered everyday by the pool. Location was perfect, near 10min walk to Vanilla beach and a short drive to town. Great sea view.

Cons:

Small gym with limited equipment. Kids play area is indoors where it is humid. Ideally should be outside maybe near the pool or rooftop where parents can watch the kids and still have fun by the pool and bar. Hotel is sea side but not swimming friendly.

Overall, our stay was wonderful. The staff are exceptional. They are all very hospitable, polite

Breakfast is very good. But most of all, the staff is exceptional from management to the lowest ranked staff.

Cons:

There is that odor you smell around the elevator area on the ground floor. Also, we are unfortunate enough to be locked out of our room twice. The batteries on the door lock were replaced twice to fit the problem.

The view of the Bay.

Had spent the most for your largest room with a view but the turf was gross, hot tub wasn’t prepared for our stay, too HOT, jets didn’t work and it was filthy
My family didn’t even have a chance to enjoy it!
There were kids running around screaming the smell was horrible.
The front desk staff was rude to my wife.
We are from Las Vegas the entertainment capital of the world. We expected way more from service staff and amenities.
