Overall, a smooth and comfortable stay — great service, friendly staff, and a place I’d definitely come back to.
Pros:

I had a really good experience at Hotel One recently. The staff were super helpful — they stayed in touch to coordinate my airport pickup and even worked around my flight timings. I really appreciated how flexible they were with my check-in and checkout times too, which made my trip so much easier.

And of course, the buffet breakfast was amazing as always! Lots of variety and everything was fresh and tasty.

Great place to stay if you are visiting sargodha.
Pros:

The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. Facilties at the establishment are decent. Staff was friendly. Food quality and taste were really good (Hatts off to the chef). They accommodated our request for upgrade as well.

Cons:

Suggestion. The quality of toiletries can be further improved. E.G. upgrading towels and bathrobes to higher quality would make the stay even more cosy and comfortable.

My stay at the hotel was excellent, and I want to especially thank Abdul Quddus for his warm hospitality. From the very first interaction, he made me feel welcome and well taken care of.

The little sandwiches and chilled juices offered on arrival were a lovely touch — a perfect way to start my stay after traveling.
