今回ベトナムで泊まったホテルでは最高ランクの設備かもしれない。場所は良かったです。
コンランドリーは便利でした。

laundry room was a nightmare. property felt overcrowded from check-in to breakfast to laundry to checkout. staff was patient and helpful though.

침실이나 바닥이 깨끗하지는 안았어요.
음식은 맛있었어요.
위치가 좋아서 선택했으나 상태에 비해 가격이 비싸요 조금 더 저렴해 졌으면 좋겠어요.

I really like their experimental check out times where your check out time is the same time as you arrived just on the day you leave. It’s very nice when your flight comes in late and you are only staying 1 night then not rushed out in the morning

My company booked a room for one for me, but I knew my family might join me occasionally during my stay. So I asked the receptionist ahead of time if there’d be any extra charges. They told me the only fee would be for breakfast if we had it. Fair enough.

But when my relatives came over for the key, one of the staff—especially a waitress (because the reception area is same with restaurant entrance)—was really rude to them like we are living illegally. Then the receptionist suddenly asked me to pay for extra guests, even though we didn’t have breakfast. I didn’t mind paying, but the way it was handled felt really off. If there’s a policy, it should be clear from the start. And if you need to explain something, at least do it with some basic hospitality.

Later, someone from sales reached out and asked me to pay for just one extra guest (300k vnd). I ended up paying for two guests across four nights (2,400k vnd)—not because I had to, but because I didn’t want my family to be treated poorly again.

What really stings is that I’m the person who connected my company to this hotel chain. We book hundreds of nights every month. After this experience, I won’t be staying here again, and I’ll be letting my colleagues to know & do so.

朝食サービスには、極めて不満でした。セカンドサービスに、自分の席を空けている間に、全て片付けられてしまい、全部やり直し。もう、何度も注意しましたが、未だに直っておりません。朝から最悪でした。

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι στο κέντρο της πόλης, έχει 20 ορόφους, στο εικοστό όροφο έχει γυμναστήριο και πλυντήριο. Τό πρωινό και τό check in είναι στο 19 όροφο. Εγώ έμενα στο 16 όροφο με καταπληκτική θέα, πήγα πολλές φορές γυμναστήριο και το πρωινό είχε ότι χρειάζεται.

Fabulous hotel. Good value and great location in town. Plenty of restaurants and massage places around. Lovely staff at the hotel. Never intrusive. Always pleasant and willing to help. Clean rooms with great views. Breakfast a varied delight. Laundry facilities on top floor with built in non perfumed detergent. Enter your email and you get an email letting you know when the laundry is ready. What else can one want?

I enjoyed my stay at the Wink hotel city side. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The front desk was organized and checking in and out was a breeze. I aslo really liked how convenient the hotel location was allowing you to just walk around and find great places to eat. The only downside were the floors in the rooms. I extended my stay, so I stayed in 2 differnet rooms and the floors could use a swiffer mop. Other than that, the hotel was clean and the amenities were great especially the bar ;)

帰りの飛行機が深夜便だったので、それまでの間休めるホテルとして利用しました。
ダナン大聖堂の真横だったので、窓から見えて最高でした！二人だったので狭かったですが、金額も安くて使いやすいし、なによりホテルはきれいでした。
また機会があれば利用したいです。
周りに沢山お店があるので、スーツケース置いたままご飯やマッサージにも行けてほんとに助かりました。

Cool hotel, great staff, cozy room, amazing views, great breakfast...
But if you want the cooler Wink with rooftop dj party book at the riverside location, not Centre like we did, though the neighborhood was cooler and we were closer to railway station, which is what we needed

This is my second stay at this hotel. While compact, the room was impeccably clean. The 19th-floor rooftop bar offered exceptional panoramic views of Da Nang. The staff were consistently courteous and helpful, with particular commendation to Manager Ms. Ali. Overall, it was a highly positive experience, and I will certainly recommend it to my colleagues and associates. I intend to return in the future.
