ドライヤーの風力が強すぎ
Pros:

部屋は清潔きれいで、居心地が良かった。また大浴場も良かった。

Cons:

部屋のテレビの所に鏡が欲しかった。またドライヤーが風力が強すぎて風力の調整ができるドライヤーが欲しかった。

家族の診療お医者さんに行く前泊でした。初鹿児島でしたが、安心快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

アクセスが良い。
朝食が素敵。
受付が面白い。
コンセプトのあるお部屋もあったがそういうのじゃないお部屋を選んだが、落ち着いていて良かった。
部屋のテレビが見やすい。
ツイン部屋だったがテーブルが、2人で買ってきたものを食べるのにはちょうど良い形、広さだった。
宿泊部屋や大浴場に行くにはカードキーをエレベーター内部のボタンの下にかざす必要があり、セキュリティとして良いと思った。

Pros:

The hotel was in a great location, super clean, in great condition, quiet and comfortable. Although it was self check in, a staff was available to help us when we had an issue. The spa area was spacious and very clean.

Cons:

We found the mattresses a bit on the hard side but that is quite common in Japan.

天文館の便利な立地
Pros:

提携している一階のレストランで、おにぎり・ご飯・おかゆ・肉寿司・鯛茶漬けからえらべる朝食が美味しかった。パン派の人はゴメンナサイかも。

Cons:

変なホテルは初めて利用しましたが、チェックインが無人なため、クーポン利用の際はチェックイン前に人を呼んで申し出る必要がある事に（掲示はしてあったが）気付かなかった。チェックインのやり直しはさせて頂けたが、やはり有人チェックインの方が丁寧と感じた。
