天文館の便利な立地
Pros:

提携している一階のレストランで、おにぎり・ご飯・おかゆ・肉寿司・鯛茶漬けからえらべる朝食が美味しかった。パン派の人はゴメンナサイかも。

Cons:

変なホテルは初めて利用しましたが、チェックインが無人なため、クーポン利用の際はチェックイン前に人を呼んで申し出る必要がある事に（掲示はしてあったが）気付かなかった。チェックインのやり直しはさせて頂けたが、やはり有人チェックインの方が丁寧と感じた。

Novel and fun place to stay, awesome breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast was awesome the staff even made up a vegetarian meal for my wife not on the menu which was greatly appreciated.
We were checked in and out by a hologram which was a novelty as was the “concept” room. The location was very handy but unfortunately we arrived in time for an extreme weather event which limited our activity in Kagoshima

Pros:

部屋がきれい。ベッドが広かった。
繁華街に近いけど窓を閉めれば比較的静かだった。
安く泊まれた。
非対面でチェックインできる。

Cons:

部屋が香料くさかった。清掃した人の服からにおいがうつってるのか、布団も柔軟剤のにおいがほんのりしていて、これまでホテルではそういうことはなかったので、少し残念でした。

Great value for money, central location
Pros:

Considering the low price, this was more than OK. It's easy to reach from the main train station and is right next to a major shopping, food and entertainment area.
The hotel itself is fine, however it doesn't look super new or modern. Although the room was rather small, we had enough space, and the LG Styler was also nice to have. We didn't miss anything significant. Most amenities are on the reception floor, along with washing machines and luggage storage. This is mostly a self service hotel, but staff is on location to help, if needed.

Cons:

I simply don't like carpet floor, there were many stains in the hallway and also some in the room. The bathroom was tiny. The kind of tiny where a part of the sink is in the shower. We sent our luggage forward to our next hotel (from the same chain), and I had the impression that the staff member was a bit overwhelmed with the request. It worked out fine, but the process was very slow and the complete lack of English in tourism is a bit worrisome.
