Pros:

Great location- right in the heart of Tenmonkan with restaurants, cafes and malls all within walking distance!
We booked a connecting room as we're travelling with a toddler who goes to bed early. This worked out well for us.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was a bit tiny but clean.

Pros:

Fast check in provided you pre filled the information from the email sent. Great location, though a little further from the station than most we've stayed at. Clothes dryer/refresher in room was very useful

Cons:

Room a little small compared to most others we've had on Kyushu. A little on the pricier side considering. Water pressure for bath was dreadful, took forever to fill. Shower was excellent though.

Zimmer sehr sauber und für japanische Verhältnisse recht groß, japanisches Frühstück sehr lecker und das Servicepersonal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Der Onsen war aus unserer Sicht leider zu kühl, auf jeden Fall unter 40 Grad, daher haben wir dort nicht allzuviel Zeit verbracht. Der Umkleideraum war leider jeden Abend voller Haare, wir hatten nicht das Gefühl, dass hier regelmäßig jemand Ordnung macht. Beides haben wir bei unseren Aufenhalten in anderen japanischen Hotels schon besser erlebt.

家族で隣り合わせの繋がってる部屋がほんとにいい。部屋もひろくて　トイレとお風呂が別なのもいいです

15時からのチェックインに　並びます。

週末だったので少し宿泊料が高いと思いましたが、平日だと良いかも。

Pros:

Tout l emplacement la propreté la piscine je ne peux pas dire l'accueil puisque on fait tout électroniquement avec des hologrammes assez marrant, mais par compte quand on a une question, ils sont disponibles notamment pour payer le parking
