Ubicacion y el servicio del personal.
Que no correponde la calidad de las habitaciones/ instalaciones al precio .
El baño demasiado pequeño, no tenia.ni donde colocar el shampoo jabon, habitacion con poca privacidad, pasillo de la piscina muy angosto, salon para jugar billar muy pequeño no se puede jugar al 100% por falta de espacio. Bar de la alberca sin insumos ( se tardaron 20 mins en prepapar una mezcalita ) y excesivo el costo por la calidad del lugar
El servicio es muy amable!
La habitacion fue comoda y amplia. Tiene un decoracion agradable y la ropa de cama es de buena calidad. Las vistas al jardin son lindas y tiene un toque romantico con vista a la fogata externa. El hotel tiene una ubicación muy buena!!!!! esta cerca del centro caminando unos 30 min y cerca del hotel esta el embarcadero. Tiendas y restaurantes cercanos. Muy recomendado
La primera habitacion que nos asignaron tiene el baño muy pequeño , aunque tiene mucha privacidad , no es practico . El agua caliente tarda un poco en salir y no habia internet. Nos cambiaron a otra habitacion. Asi que mejor elige las remodeladas y no las que parecen cabañita.
Lo rescatable del hotel son sus jardines, el personal muy amable
Las habitaciones dejan MUCHÍSIMO que desear, la limpieza no es buena, son muy pequeñas y la atención del personal es regular porque les falta bastante capacitación para prometer que es un hotel boutique, no vale la pena para nada el costo por lo que ofrecen, la alberca estaba sucia y es fría

Relaxing, walking distance to town, good size room (we had #14) and a nice pool with a shallow end for our toddler. It was convenient to have a restaurant to order alcohol. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable.
It would be great if it included breakfast and coffee for the price. The pool was a bit chilly.
The hotel offered a truly delightful experience, largely thanks to the exceptional staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They provided personalized recommendations on places to visit, tailored to our interests, and their warm, family-like hospitality made us feel right at home. The rooms were cozy, though a bit small, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Although the pool was slightly cold given the timing of our visit.
The abundance of nature is amazing, as are the views of the mountains and lake. The location of the hotel is excellent, only a 10 minutes walk to the center of town, great cafes, and restaurants. We did several hikes which were easily accessible by car and were quite spectacular. There was one issue, though which made comfort "terrible." The mattrasses are as hard as sleeping on the ground! All four of us, in separate rooms, felt the same way, it was difficult to get a good night's sleep because of that. I know asking them to change mattrasses in each room is probably out of the range of possibility, but perhaps they could add mattrass toppers to soften them. Unfortunately, unless that issue is solved, we do not plan on staying at San Jose again, though we will be back to Valle de B for sure...we live only 5 hours away and loved the place!
El personal súper amable, el cuarto bastante bonito aunque un poco oscuro. Nos quedamos en el cuarto familiar y tiene dos pequeños cuartos uno con literas y otro con una cama King , dos baños. Los jardines muy bonitos y muy bien cuidados, estacionamiento amplio y gratuito al lado. Caminando llegamos en 15 minutos al centro y al lago como en 10 minutos. lo que no me gustó fue que en las fotos se ven las canchas de tenis y la alberca súper bonitas y la verdad es que están muy abandonados. La propiedad se puede dividir en dos, las recámaras y los jardines, que están muy cuidados y muy bonitos, pero si llegas a la parte de las canchas y la alberca la verdad se ve muy descuidada, creo que no deberían anunciar esa parte hasta que lo arreglen. Vale la pena por la amabilidad del personal y los,jardines
Para el precio no está en óptimas condiciones: olor a humedad, la pequeña alberca no estaba para uso, sucia, la reserva incluye desayuno y no estaba registrado, me tocó solicitarlo ( continental: café, fruta y pan)
En general muy bonito el lugar, las vistas sensacionales, el pasto muy bien mantenido, las habitaciones rústicas en buen estado, solo las canchas de tenis y la alberca deberían de estar en mejor estado, ya que las canchas estaban con grietas y la alberca sucia, fuera de eso, las personas del hotel
