Bellisiimo soggiorno nell'Albania accogliente e sicura!!!
Pros:

Struttura bellissima in ottima posizione con perfetto parcheggio e staff gentilissimo e preparatissimo. Impagabile la colazione sulla terrazza in cima all'albergo con vista sulla città la valle di Berat.

Een heerlijk hotel op een fantastische lokatie!
Pros:

We hadden een heerlijke ruime comfortabele hoekkamer met fauteuils en uitzicht naar 2 kanten. De lokatie was fantastisch. Er was parkeergelegenheid in de garage. Het ontbijt en ook het diner in het restaurant waren goed. Het uitzicht vanaf het restaurant op de UNESCO stad was schitterend. Daarop hadden we gekozen, maar ook vanuit onze kamer was het heel bijzonder.

Cons:

Het personeel was vriendelijk maar er was nogal wat verschil in professionaliteit, m.n. In het restaurant.
Dit was het eerste hotel waar we merkten dat het bed niet volledig was opgemaakt. ‘s Landschap gewoonte voor een deel van de hotels merkten we gaandeweg.

Die Lage ist zentral, das Dachrestaurant schön.

Cons:

Gemessen am recht teuren Preis 87 €/ Nacht, ist der Service nicht besonders gut, die Rezeption ist teilweise nicht besetzt, die Rechnung auf Papier ist nicht zu lesen und konnte nur auf die Privatperson ausgestellt werden, die Karte zum Zimmer musste jeden Tag aktualisiert werden, da man sonst die Tür nicht öffnen kann. Die Handtücher werden jeden Tag gewechselt, dafür sind diese ausgefranst und mit Löchern.
Es könnte also bei vielem mehr Sorgfalt herrschen.

Sunset / Sunrise Room in Berat !
Pros:

L’espace dans la chambre , une vraie suite .
Très propre - excellente literie !
Le rooftop Bar avec vu incroyable et emplacement déjeuner.
Parking sous terrain
La localisation parfaite
La grande Réactivité du personnel d’accueil.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner un peu léger , pas vraiment en adéquation avec le très bon niveau de cet hôtel . Dommage.

Prima verblijf voor 2 nachten met een goede ligging, kamer echter niet heel schoon
Pros:

Goede ligging, ligt tegen het oude centrum aan. Er zit een supermarkt naast het hotel. Het hotel heeft een eigen parkeergarage wat ook erg fijn was! Ontbijt was simpel maar genoeg keuze met mooi uitzicht door de rooftopbar.

Cons:

Kamer was niet schoon. Er lagen haren op de grond en in het doucheputje. Handdoekenrek hing los, wcrol houder hing los. Gaten in het beddengoed en vlekken op een handdoek

Weniger Kundeninteresse eigentlich nicht möglich. Service auf der Dachterrasse unfassbar schlecht. Frühstück lieber außerhalb des Hotels, lange schwarze Haare überall auf Bettlaken und Handtüchern

Buena opción en el centro de Berat
Pros:

Está en pleno centro y tiene parking propio.
La habitación muy ámplia (204) y con luz natural con vistas a la calle.
Desayuno bastante ámplio y zumo de melocotón y no bebidas gaseosas
La terraza que tiene es espectacular con buenas vistas para tomarte algo y desayunar al día siguiente

Cons:

La cama se hundía una barbaridad; deberían cambiar los colchones…..
Además el baño tiene sensor de luz y mientras te duchas has de sacar la mano para que te detecte y se encienda de nuevo.
