Недружелюбный персонал, поздоровались один раз при заселении и больше никто нам ничего не сказал ни разу 😂 никто не улыбнулся гостям ни разу, мы прилетели из Таиланда и грустные неулыбчивые и неразговорчивые люди сразу бросились в глаза ( если бы это был не отель Windham, а хостел или гестхаус не было бы никаких вопросов, хотя и там вроде бы гостеприимнее люди)
В номере не работал сейф, все электроприборы были отключены из розеток от холодильника до светильников ( включить в розетку конечно не проблема, но я думаю это должен был сделать персонал перед заселением гостей)
Утюг и гладильная доска отсутствуют
Халат один на двоих
Персонал не знает начала 🤣 завтрака
А в остальном всё хорошо, завтрак отличный, разнообразный, отель красивый и уютный, но обслуживание не соответствует заявленному статусу

В целом неплохой отель. Чисто. Большой номер.

Cons:

Очень плохая звукоизоляция. Слышно о чем говорят в соседних номерах и храп. Ну, и в ресторане сервис хромает.

Cozy place to stay.
Pros:

Its a nice comfort hotel, clean cozy room with lovely bed. Nice varieties of breakfast food too. Friendly receptionist staffs which I say thankful much, as they really patient and help me when I'm having a little bit problem on my booking registration. I like the hotel's location, near to the resident's amenities (local restaurant, groceries shops).

Cons:

So far so good. not bad at all.
