Cons:

Отсутствие утюга в номере. Немного тесновато в номере на двоих. Отсутствие в спа зоне шампуня и кондиционера для волос, боди лосьона.

I strongly do not recommend this hotel. If you expect basic respect and professionalism, choose another place.
Cons:

Worst experience in an international hotel chain — denied check-in and treated with disrespect

I travel frequently and have stayed at Wyndham hotels in multiple countries, so I chose this hotel with confidence. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

My fiancé and I arrived at around 2 AM with a confirmed reservation through Booking. However, we were refused check-in into the same room unless we could provide a marriage certificate. This requirement was not stated anywhere during the booking process or in the hotel’s description.

When I asked where this rule was officially documented, the staff simply replied that “the owner decided so” — without providing any policy, written rule, or prior notice.

The situation escalated further:

* Three receptionists were speaking to me at the same time in a rude and dismissive manner.
* I was treated with clear disrespect and not taken seriously.
* When I asked for help canceling my reservation (as the Booking system was not working properly), I was told: “that’s your problem.”
* When I asked the staff to cancel the reservation from their side, they refused and said they would not help.
* At one point, I was even told: “congratulations on your problems.”

What made it even worse was the noticeable change in attitude after I explained that we are not yet officially married. The tone became even more judgmental and disrespectful.

This was not just poor service — it was openly humiliating and unacceptable behavior towards guests.

I have traveled to more than 10 countries and have never experienced anything like this, especially in an international hotel chain.

I strongly do not recommend this hotel.
If you expect basic respect and professionalism, choose another place.

Шумоизоляция в номерах(слышно как разговаривают за стеной),что приносит массу неудобств,так же,как разговаривают в коридоре(щели под дверьми сильно высокие).
