Pros:

Nice big room. Good location for us.

Cons:

Very hard to regulate the temp in our room. Very chilly at first then way to hot to sleep.

Their is a reason why Marriot is still in business today!

Breakfast was more than adequate! I have to say I was impressed with hotel from the moment I stepped up to the front desk! My stay was completely unplanned, because of a blizzard that was hitting the area I had just left work and didn't want risk driving home in the storm. When the gentleman heard why I was there, he very graciously offered me a ( what he called) a blizzard discount(which I didn't know was a thing) and I couldn't have been more grateful for his kindness! The room was amazing and very clean! I would definitely stay here again without hesitation! 👍👍👍

Cons:

Very minor but maybe the placement of the tv in relation to the couch. All in all this hotel stay was perfect and perhaps even a life saver!

Pros:

The rooms were very nice.Good size very well furnished with very nice decorations and furniture. Seems like everything I needed was there.

Would stay at a Towne Suites in the future.
Pros:

Location, easy in out access.
Andrew, manager was very nice and helpful. Very pleasant.

Cons:

The shower was slippery and like having a safe in the room.

Pros:

Room chairs NOT comfortable, had to sit on bed. Need salt and pepper shakers on the tables. Decor was unremarkable. Would not choose this property again.

We would have liked if we could have up to 9:30 for breakfast during the week, and 10:00 on weekends. It would also have been nice to have a safe in the room.

Pros:

This would be an excellent hotel for an extended stay. The studio room has a full sized refrigerator, microwave and electric stovetop, a full breakfast with hot and cold items is served every morning, there are conveniently located laundry rooms, a state of the art fitness room, and indoor pool. You can drive to Milwaukee in under an hour.

The location is nice and the rooms are nice

Cons:

The pool was cold. We didn't get any room service until we had to ask and they still forgot. Once they did come, it wasn't clean at all.

Great management
Pros:

The manager (I think) of this hotel is the hardest working employee I've ever seen. There wasn't a moment he wasn't busy. Upon our check in, he was very diligent in making sure our stay was good and very welcoming. We got back to our room late one night and he was cleaning the entire lobby. Upon entering our room, the air conditioning thermostat was not working. He immediately came to our room and fixed it within minutes. In the morning while we were checking out EARLY he was vacuuming all the carpets in the lobby area. He was a true example of caring about what you do for a living and I wish I got his name because Marriott should be proud to have him represent their product and give him a huge raise! On a side note, the hotel is brand new and very nice as well.
