Very friendly staff and helpful;
There was a strong smell coming out from the bathroom after each shower.
We had an excellent stay at this hotel from the moment we arrived. The manager, Emir , was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. His warm hospitality truly elevated our experience.
The garden area was beautifully kept and offered a peaceful place to relax after exploring the city. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equippe dexactly what you would hope for during a stay in Antalya.
The location is perfect. The hotel is just a short walk from the Old Town (Kaleiçi), Hadrian’s Gate, and many of the city’s main attractions. Being right in the city center also made it easy to reach restaurants, shops, and historical sites.
Overall, this is definitely a price-performance hotel. With its comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional hospitality, I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
The only issue we had was that our card didn’t go through for the payment, and since we were on the plane, we didn’t notice it in time. Because of that, our reservation was cancelled. However, Emir kindly helped us remotely at 3 AM, which we really appreciated. In the end, this was actually our own mistake.
As the Mingrong Family, we loved this place! The location is unbeatable, right next to the Old Town. The building is authentic, the garden is peaceful, and our room was spotless.
This is not a pricey luxury resort, but a charming boutique hotel with incredible value for money. The staff is kind, but the manager Mr. Emir is simply the best! He is very professional and helped us with everything. If you want a real Turkish experience at a great price, stay here
My stay was comfortable, and the hotel was clean. I stayed in a stone room, and it was amazing. There were no windows, but that was fine. The staff were polite and knowledgeable. The reception was very attentive. Breakfast was excellent I’ll definitely come back to try it again, especially for Elif and Yigit !

A stone throw away from the Hadrian Gate & entrance to some great restaurants & bars
We stayed in the basement room, which I have to say was tired, cobwebs & bits of wood hanging off the walls, exposing pipework
Stained floor rug, which wasn’t pleasant to look at
The shower hot water is fed from solar panels, so you have to run the hot tap for 5/10 minutes to allow the hot water from the roof tanks, to reach the shower
Overall the room, just needed some TLC, to bring it back to life & a better standard
Broken ceiling light in the bathroom & extractor fan didn’t work, so not pulling steam from shower & smell from toilet

Also the local Turkish men at the bar’s & restaurants & clothes shops, be WARNED, they want your money & can be very forceful!
The Turkish economy is in a bad place & times for business is tough at the moment
Be on your guard for beggars & pick pockets! Especially in the harbour, square area

Check in at 6pm was done via instructions on WhatsApp as no staff present. Unfortunately we weren’t informed that breakfast wasn’t available until 9am the next morning so had to skip this as had a bus to catch at 9

If you are looking for a shiny, soulless all-inclusive resort, this might not be for you. But if you want a clean, authentic, and budget-friendly boutique hotel with a real soul right next to the Old Town, this is the place!
The location is perfect for exploring the city. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Yes, it is a historic building, so don't expect ultra-luxury amenities, but the charm and the price/performance ratio are unbeatable. It has everything you need for a great stay.
The entire team is lovely and hardworking, but a special shout-out goes to the manager, Mr. Emir. He runs the place like a true professional. He is incredibly helpful and solves any small issue immediately with a smile. He makes you feel like a guest, not a customer.

Turkish breakfast was nice, there is a separate cafe/garden area with pomegranate and orange trees.
Very disappointing experience. Family suite of 2 rooms for 4 people has bathroom located in one of the bedrooms, which is not labelled in the listing (it clearly said bathroom, not ensuite bathroom, as in other listings of the same hotel). The second bedroom didn't have a window - also not mentioned in the listing.
Bathroom is not well cleaned, everything is falling apart. Toilet seat falling off, towel hooks are wobbly (and only two for 4 people), shower walls have black stains on them. Nowhere to put your toileteries - in the bathroom for supposedly four people. Linens in my room were stained and had holes on it, matresses on both beds each had one ok side and one unusable.
Soundproofing nonexistent, I can't believe some other reviews saying it was so clean and peaceful and quiet - you can hear every word from the street and the reception area.
Receptionist only works 11:00-18:00, so there is noone to help you with any questions any other time. Whatsapp outside of these hours sends you an automated message, saying they'll reply you next business day. It's a very interesting set up, given the checkout is by 11 am.
