Pros:

The beds were very comfortable, access to a speaker was great, and the balcony was amazing. The design of the apartment was very nice.

Cons:

There were a little too many rouge hairs for my liking as I am bald, the shower head made a very high pitched whining sound, and the staff were a little harder to get in contact with than I would like

The stay was excellent with great communication and very nice location close to restaurants. Secure
Pros:

Very spacious suite with separate bedroom(s). Well equipped kitchen for light meal preparation or full cooking if you wanted. Very modern layout with large living room.

Cons:

Minor noise within from other suites. We rented a one bedroom and was given a two bedroom. No privacey door on second bedroom if you're looking for 4 adult stay would be a bit awkward.

Policy
Pros:

Booked reservation but no attendant, red tape policy and lack of our signature prevented our stay here.
The hotel seems to believe they can keep our money even though we did not stay at the location due to spoken irregularities with “their invented contract and stipulation”. The previous and immediate is not how contracts work and booking.com will also be named in the litigation process if help eludes us in this one singular booking.

位置好，去go车站只需步行5分钟内，即可乘车到多伦多机场或市中心。乘公交车去看瀑布也很方便。去湖边步行可达。周边有就有餐厅超市，很方便。公寓十分干净、宽敞，员工回应迅速。床品舒适。

You should stay here
Pros:

Everyone should stay here. Such a gem in the Hamilton city. Beautiful, spacious apartment with everything you will need during your stay and a perfect location for exploring the city. Walking distance to the markets, GO station and downtown core, directly above a gorgeous little street of restaurants and bars to enjoy. We loved it.

Cons:

Need a code to get in every door which can be slightly cumbersome, but does mean it’s extra secure so hardly a negative - just make sure you remember it!

Wish we could have stayed longer. One of the nicest hotels of its type we have stayed.
Pros:

The layout of the room and amenities were superb. So clean and it felt like home away from home.

Cons:

I think the instructions for the code/entry could be better explained. Example: for the parking garage you will see two key pads, put room number in this one, and this code in the other. Once inside the facility you will need jst this code for the door out of garage, the elevator, to move between floors and for access to your room....something like this.
When traveling long days, and getting into a new city, new hotel....everything should be overly simplified for ease.
