Cons:

Wi-fi não funcionou como deveria. Ficamos uns 3 dias sem conexão ou com conexão fraca. Café da manhã limitado pelo valor pago e as opções oferecidas nem sempre estavam frescas.
Primeiro dia só tinha um lençol para um casal. Só colocaram 2 lençóis depois que pedimos limpeza.
Também achamos super inseguro o fato de, vez ou outra, chegarmos da rua e a porta estava aberta. Teve um dia que não tinha ninguém na recepção. Qualquer pessoa poderia ter entrado e subido para os quartos.

Cons:

Seria interessante ter secador de cabelo no banheiro , e uma manta para se cobrir como somos gaúchos temos o abito de dormir com ar ligado e uma manta , a porta do quarto tem uma folha com o cento da rua ela bate a noite toda , botamos uma cadeira para escorar ela e parar de bater , de resto foi td muito bom .

Pros:

Localização, a cama e funcionários, em especial a dona Maria,muito atenciosa, prestativa e querida. O café da manhã tambem estava bom.

Cons:

Chuveiro com os furos entupidos, jorrava água para todos os lados. Pouca Iluminação no quarto e no banheiro. Roupas de cama e toalhas são muito desgastadas.

Limpeza do banheiro. Achei que o tipo de acento sanitário de plástico n é favorável para um ambiente hoteleiro e que acaba deixando resíduos qnd não é bem higienizado. O banheiro estava com cheiro de xixi.
