Da recepção pois são muito atenciosos . Café da manhã bem variados. Dá localização.

Cons:

Senti falta do porta sabonetes no banheiro e de uma área para o cliente conversas a noite . Pois só dispõem de 01 mesa com 02 cadeiras e isto não é suficiente para a quantidade de hóspedes que circula no hotel. Apesar de mão ter piscina mas poderia compensar com uma área para cliente ficar conversando sobre assuntos do dia em João Pessoa-PB.

Os funcionários, instalação, limpeza e localização excelente.

Cons:

A reclamação em relação ao café da manhã. Chegamos às 9 horas da manhã para tomar café e a reposição da maioria dos ítens, só foi feita porque pedimos. Se o café é das 7 às 10h, tem que atender bem a todos os clientes.

Precisa melhorar, por ser uma capital muito procurada pelo turista

Não gostei do banheiro o chuveiro dando choque e não tinha uma saboneteira dentro do box, para isso tinha que abrir o box e colocar na Pia, um item que não e caro de plastico ou inox.

Checkin virtual na entrada, onde o próprio hospede tem que fazer. Pessoa de idade mais elevada tem dificuldades de acesso ao checkin online.
