Pros:

Meu quarto tinha um ar split muito barulhento e o chuveiro jogava parte da água nas paredes. Recepcionistas muito atenciosos. Café da manhã muito bom. O custo benefício compensou, creio que o dono se arrumar os pequenos problemas nos quartos iria melhorar bastante
