Невероятно заботливый персонал,очень приветливые, что очень впечатляет. Такое отношение сотрудников отеля не оставит равнодушным никого.
За наше путешествие мы дважды останавливались в этом отеле, с интервалом примерно 12 дней и нам захотелось сюда вернуться снова. Номер достаточно комфортный, удобная кровать. Хороший завтрак,бассейн. Отель находится в самом центре, но в номере абсолютно не слышно шума с улицы.
Во время выселения нам подарили милые сумочки, нас сопровождал весь коллектив,что было очень трогательно.
С удовольствием вернусь бы ещё, потому что было очень отмосферно!
И ещё,массаж был великолепен!

Cons:

Уборка немного страдает,есть пыль,чужие отпечатки на мебели. Но при этом безупречно чистая и белая постель и полотенца.

A cute boutique hotel central to Old Quarter
Pros:

A little oasis in the dead center of the action of the Old Quarter. Literally - you step outside and you’re right in the thick of it! My room was quiet and (very thankfully) the AC was unbelievably efficient. Also pro that I could stream my shows from my phone to the TV.

No issues with wifi, and the staff are lovely (and remembered so many small details about my trip, thoughtful for sure).

Cons:

This place was great for me. I didn’t end up using the pool or gym at all so can’t speak to it, but the upstairs bar was very nice and had an outdoor rooftop area too.

Pros:

Staff molto gentile, buona colazione, posizione centrale. Nonostante sia circondato da strade molto rumorose la nostra stanza era silenziosissima. La camera è spaziosa, la doccia ottima.

Cons:

Aria condizionata veramente troppo forte nella hall e nella sala colazione.
Letto troppo morbido per i miei gusti ma comunque comodo.

Great, fantastic location, clean and Caitlyn made our stay special
Pros:

The staff were great, in particular Caitlyn who really made our stay special. She helped us navigate to tourist attractions, gave us recommendations and made us feel so welcome. She also made sure out check in was really easy and smooth when we were tired from travelling

الابتسامه في الاستقبال والتوديع الطيب والموظفين في قمة الاحترافية في التعامل وارضاء النزيل

يحتاج عازل صوت اقوى وبعض التفاصيل الصغيره مثل اشارة على عدم الازعاج أو تنظيف بشكل بسيط وصيانة منطقة الاستحمام في بعض الغرف وتغير الفوط لنها قديمه بجودة اعلى وجود كراسي وطاولة الشاي تضيق المساحه اكثر للغرف

The location was great. The breakfast super delicious and the facilities were fantastic. The team were super helpful. Nikki was so good and helping plan the rest of our trip. She was great at guiding us on where to stay and how long for. She planned the buses and the ha Giang loop, the transfers and was incredibly kind and patient with us. We booked a cruise day with her. Everyone was really warm, friendly and accommodating. The massage we had was one of the best we have ever had. The pool was a welcome refreshment at the end of a hot day sight seeing. We had a great dinner at the Blue Butterfly just minutes from the hotel. Definitely worth the money and we will be back.

Perfecte plek, comfortabele bedden en heerlijkl zwembad. Geem geluid van de straat door dubbele ramen. Was mogelijk laat uit te checken!
