Great place to stay in the heart of Hanoi

The location is great as you're in the heart of Hanoi (next to the Beer Street). The room was spacious and the rooftop was amazing.

Lovely Hotel in a great location
Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the old town and night market. The staff were very helpful and polite at all times. Breakfast was decent with a good choice and never crowded.

Cons:

My only criticism is the payment by cash that they seem to insist on. It is almost impossible to find an ATM in Hanoi which don't charge for withdrawals, and when you do they are empty. The hotel should be more clear in their booking policies as they charge an extra 5% for card payment. If customers were made aware of this upfront they could get the cash out elsewhere instead of running around wasting their holiday time searching for ATMs

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre du Vieux-quartier d'Hanoi. Nous avions pris une chambre avec vue intérieure et elle était très calme.
Petit-déjeuner de qualité. Avec une belle terrasse panoramique. Rosie était très sympathique.

The 3 night hotel stay was not a memorable one. There was a complete fiasco when paying the bill.
Pros:

The buffet breakfast was quite nice with a bit of a variety of items to choose from.

Cons:

The rooms were too small and not having a window made it very claustrophobic. We will not be recommending this hotel.

L’emplacement et l’accueil étaient bien

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas pu dormir lors de notre séjour car, à chaque douche de client (nous supposons) il y avait un énorme bruit de canalisation dans notre chambre. Pareillement, le matin, nous entendions le personnel et les clients dans le couloir. Très mauvaise insonorisation. Le rapport qualité n’est pas bon si nous pouvons comparer à l’ensemble de nos autres séjours au Vietnam.

A very nice hotel in the heart of the Ancient City
Pros:

Great location. Very good check-in process. The rooftop bar was nice and the staff was great. You are right in the heart of the Old City, which was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was very nice.
