The hotel is new and clean.
Not enough lighting in the room. Very minimal amenities given. Doesn’t even have a table/chair even though the room is spacious. No coffee/tea provided but kettle available. No TV but this was mentioned upfront so it’s fine.
Spacious room. Clean and provided needed amenities. Held baggage early before and after check in and check out. Breakfast was great!
No place to put luggage in room. Kind of dark lighting.

The hotel had a lovely healthy and varied breakfast and was right by the station. The hotel itself is simple and stylish with a few amenities. Some staff spoke English and were very polite. Room was basic, neat and clean. It’s a good looking hotel with nice touches.
I did have to bring my own bedding, as they couldn’t offer anything non-feather, although they were very apologetic about it. No mug in the room although they had a stylish kettle ;) My local colleague bought bedding for me and I slept very well! Room was quiet and simple.
我因為班機的關係，所以會超過入住時間，有提前說明，結果班機還延誤，導致我抵達日本時已經快凌晨，再加上交通時間，到達旅館都1點半了，期間工作人員有持續確認我的狀況，也表示理解，到達時完全沒有不耐煩，而是細心跟我說明，服務態度讓我感到很喜歡，非常謝謝
