We enjoyed the stay wish we should stay longer
Nice but had to pay for ice first tint and I travel around the world

Property , Services were very good
Good stay, although we werenโt expecting so much construction work in the street to be getting done but weโre not distrusted by too much sound considering how close by it was. Breakfast was a little underwhelming though and not very organised and not many options. Nice rooms though. Was a bit disappointing there was no happy hour or specials for cocktails in the afternoon. Meals in the restaurant were a little small but they were tasty ๐
Breakfast so so so very good, staffs perfect, room really clean.
The staff were friendly and welcoming. We came in around 5pm but the room was not ready yet; they offered us free drink from the bar. I chose a suite room; size wise was good but we couldnโt have good river view due to the location of our room

The best ever hotel that I ever stayed, all the staff is very helpful and friendly, sending our regards to the staff who really cares to us as long as staying, bellboy (Marcelino), staff on the restaurant (Tenri and The beautiful girl), thank you for giving us excellent service. Keep it up.

The was smaller than I expected.
The toilet/restroom had two sliding doors separating the bedroom.
More than 2nights inconvenient
Didnโt have a good communication of day and night staffs. I checked in with out baggage because of Airline issues. The baggage was delivered at 4 am next day and sat under the stairs until late afternoon. I have to go asking for the baggage. The same thing with my laundry that I have to pay extra a lot because I wanted the next day. It didnโt deliver to my room and I have to look for it. Also the room has the sewer odor.
Me and my boyfriend traveling from the U.S.to Thailand. We have stayed here for 5 nights.I would like to recommend to anybody that want stay in Bangkok. I actually really like this hotel with the cleanliness and location itโs so convenient to get around but I will only give a hotel a 3 after I checked out this morning the staff claim that they coffee cup missing and charging us extra. We have no ideas how would be possible missing. We only order a room service pizza once. The cleaning lady might have been clean it up but anyway we donโt want to argue because we might be late for our flight and itโs not about the money itโs just that a coffee cup really? So we will still recommend this hotel but we just not happpy on our last day of stayed. We feel like we got blamed on something we didnโt do. Enjoy your stay in Thailand.
We had a swim out room and it was great! Easy 7 min walk to IconSiam. Lots of amenities on site
This review is for family with small baby/ child. We wanted to love this place so much since we are bringing our baby with us. The greenery, river view, hotel compound and big pool made me pick this hotel.
Pros: big room, massage and salon available, convenient shop and a very nice coffee house all in the hotel itself. Breakfast is ok good.
Cons: we hated the smoking area so much. Itโs right next to the pool sun bed and outside children play room. The grass lawn is also using faux grass ๐
Room floor laminate is making loud sound everytime we step on it and it woke baby up. The bathroom door and the table layout is bad (I wish I took a photo of the sliding door which is making a lot of noise too)
The walk to icon Siam is pretty far when u need to bring a baby so we ended up taking a taxi everytime after the first night walk.
They have free baby cot but we reminded multiple times, and they only sent it at night after my baby has fallen asleep.
A lot of these we wouldnโt mind as much, had I not have my baby with me. Overall we still enjoyed our stay! Thank you
Those white lights around the property look beautiful at night. ESPECIALLY BY THE POOL! Perfect 10 !
Bathroom not so much, hot water not consistent, SINK ALWAY STAY WET when turn on because Faucet not reach sink. HUGE BREAKFASTS,
but NOT OUTSTANDING IN TASTE
