This place has potential as the location is ideal however its being poorly managed. The entire place needs serious upgrade/renovation. Basic cleaning is neglected and so the environment is untidy looking. Lighting was really poor in the room and you could barely access the wifi.

Staff is limited so receptionist and other workers are multi-tasking which results in delays. This place isn't ready to accommodate people so honestly don't know why they're even open.

Met some lovely guests. However, the accommodation was dire. The owner was extremely rude. Any concerns or complaints were dismissed. Several guests only stayed the one night and I witnessed many people demanding their money back. Even the locals have nothing nice to say about the owner and report him as a crook and money grabber. During our stay, shoddy building work was being completed and was extremely noisy. The seating areas and sun loungers are limited. Lack of working internet. Rude reception staff. The only good thing to say about the place is staff member Zac who worked like a Trojan 7 days a week and will accommodate any requests.
The stairs to the first floor got wet when it rained and when reception were asked to dry them the request was ignored.
I had a cooker in my room with no gas bottle and in front of a curtain that was loose.
Pitbull dogs were kennelled at the back of the apartment and you could often hear them barking.
We were verbally assaulted by another guest but unfortunately he was up the owners backside so our complaint was dismissed. We were forced to leave early and find other accommodation. Not that I am complaining as we have found somewhere better. And cheaper.
I was informed that the owner did not care about bad reviews but I have written it anyway.
Rodney bay is a lovely friendly place as long as you avoid Bay Heights Escapes.

Where should I start with this horrible place that's only good for an emergency. I was traveling with my 16 year old daughter. Their so call reception area looks like a rundown motel area with a run receptionist which double as the keeper. He was not friendly and me feel uncomfortable. He was not sure if there were any room ready. The room smelled clean after mopping the floor. The room had unusable light, AC was only blowing hot humid air, duvet had no cover and the mattress was fility. The toliet will not stop flushing, nor will they fix it. I was suppose to stay 4 nights, the trip was cut to 3 due to poor treatment and condition of the room. If you are brave enough to still book and stay their, bring you own sheets (King size), towels and floor mats.

Location was excellent for Friday night street party and our driver was great. Room can use a little updating.

I never got the room I booked , the owner was very rude, not forgetting robbing you when doing financial transactions , they told you one price for airport pick up , soon arrival the price change . By the time you finalized with the tour bus , the price gone up from the original price. The apartment is very rundown, hardly have utensils , no microwave in the apt as indicated before booking . The Chef is the , waiter, handyman, cleaner, garbage collector/disposer , room attendant.
Overal the trip was a recipe for disaster but we made the best use of the island until our departure time . Would never recommend anyone to there.

The hammock inside was a nice thought. Kitchen necessity was great. The pool was nice and customer service was great from all workers

Convenient, clean short stay place.

Disgusting is the only way to describe this place. This is a very dirty, shady looking place. It didn't look safe so we decided not to stay there and left looking for somewhere else to stay, after we were shown around the property.
The "standard" room we booked wasn't available/ready when we checked in @ 5 pm. We shown a "double " room, which consisted of 2 separate single beds, with mattresses placed on box springs that sat on the floor. There were towels in the room. The curtains/drapes were very, very sheer and in that room & 2 other rooms we were shown were too short for the windows and didn't provide any privacy.

This property is really bad as in filthy, it’s the worst hotel I’ve seen in my lifetime, I was unable to stay there , on top of that , they said there is no refund , that’s pure robbery. I did not stay there and they took my money for no reason . I will never recommend anyone to stay there

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bay Heights Escape, and I must say it was a delightful experience. This hotel truly captures the essence of a nice quaint getaway. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made me feel right at home.

We stayed at Bay Heights for one week over the New Year period and it was super great and alot of fun. Good value rooms with air con, a kitchenette, good wifi, a tv plus extremely helpful staff, and to top it off the most delicious food cooked by Joseph the owner himself!!! Whether you have chicken n fries or the daily special you will not be disappointed. We had teo different tasty fish meals in a row and I still dream about the now.

The area around the swimming pool was fab and the bar was great place to hang out during the evenings and later at night as there is also a dance floor. We spent our new years at the hotel after watching the fireworks at the beach. It was the best place to be for the in-house party. So if you like to dance and like music you won't be disappointed. There is also an on site salón for you ladies do get your hair and nails done. If you want the 'local' experience around Rodney Bay this is your hotel. It's also located perfectly close to the main road to you can easily walk to the local, supermarket, mall, bars, restaurants and beaches. It's also very easy to get a local bus or taxi to Gros Islet or Castries. We couldn't recommend it more.
