Garantie bloquée sans raison
Cons:

Après 1 mois, il y a toujours 750 eur de bloqués sur ma carte de crédit et l'hôtel ne répond pas à mes demandes pour solutionner ce souci (j'ai déjà été débitée de la même somme et n'ai fait aucun dégât dans la chambre). Gestion administrative nulle.

Waar voor je geld!
Pros:

Schoon, ruim en smaakvol ingericht! Vriendelijk en geduldig personeel.

Cons:

Een kleinigheidje was dat het centrale licht in de kamer het niet deed. Ik redde me prima met de andere verlichting.
De omgeving is bijzonder maar de ligging wel functioneel en dicht bij leuke steden en dorpen. Ik was er voor zakelijk doeleinde.

wir möchten uns ganz herzlich für den tollen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel bedanken. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden und haben uns bei Ihnen sehr wohlgefühlt.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das ausgesprochen nette und freundliche Personal. Man wurde jederzeit herzlich empfangen und bei Fragen sofort unterstützt. Auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war hervorragend – alles war sehr gepflegt und ordentlich.

Das Frühstück hat uns ebenfalls sehr begeistert. Die Auswahl war sehr vielseitig und es gab für jeden Geschmack etwas Passendes. Besonders schön fanden wir die vielen Auswahlmöglichkeiten und die frischen Speisen.

Auch die Lage des Hotels war für uns ideal. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und alles war gut erreichbar, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.

Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder und können Ihr Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Delft Hauptbahnhof kann in einer knappen halben Stunde mit dem Bus erreicht werden. Gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück. Zimmer trotz Lage an der Autobahn ruhig.
