Sehr schön eingerichtet, super-gemütliche Betten und ein Wasserfall von Dusche - wenn man das mit dem Warmwasser auf nur einem Dreh-Regler versteht ; )) - (vielleicht beim check-in den Gästen eine kurze Anleitung geben, oder sticker oder dergleichen). Die gemütliche Rooftop Bar und das freundliche Personal machen das i-Tüpfelchen, deswegen 10 Punkte.

La atencion en general y el servicio es sobresalientes, al igual que la decoración
Las habitaciones son diminutas con camas grandes, hay dificultad para moverse sin embargo el baño es enorme ( no es proporcionado al tamaño de la habitación) y la queja de la poca iluminación la habíamos subestimado pero sinceramente es pésima al punto que de noche se vive en penumbras en las habitaciones y los pasillos del hotel.

It was in a great location near to the beach, felt fairly safe. The decor throughout the building was great Art Deco style, the shower water pressure was good and the guy at breakfast was great and very attentive. Nice views from the top terrace. Comfy beds.
3* at best. The swimming pool area is only big enough for 5 people at a time, in a hotel that probably has 100 rooms. That's appalling, so I couldn't use what I paid for. Filthy balcony in the room. But the biggest problem was the girls on reception. Spectacularly rude, aggressive and sarcastic when I asked about early check-in. Then when I arrived, they left me waiting 25mins to check-in, and started talking about me in front of my face in Spanish, which I could obviously understand. What appalling behaviour, and I think one was a supervisor making things even worse, needs further training, clearly. Irresponsible reception and they have trashed the "Leading Hotels of the World' brand for me. I'll never stay in one again globally and make sure nobody else I do business with does either.

Gorgeous, comfortable hotel! Very good breakfast. The stuff is very helpful, sweet and professional. We staid in one of the residences. Perfect if you have a baby! One of the best hotel experiences we have had!
