A good stay in a beautiful city and this is a nice boutique hotel in an historic area.

Good location, and nicely renovated old building. Helpful staff.

In a city of great food the breakfast was average
The rooms do not have an iron and when I asked for one I got a steamer which was less good for suit trousers!

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Tbilisi. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The location was also perfect — within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and everything we wanted to explore in the city.

What made our experience even better was how kind, welcoming, and helpful all of the staff were throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and we really appreciated the surprise free room upgrade at check-in — it made us feel very welcomed and valued as guests.

Thank you for the amazing hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi. ✨

Best place to stay in Old Tbilisi
Pros:

The location is great - there are many restaurants and eating places nearby - also stores to pick up a quick snack or drink. Rooms are very comfortable - great view of mother or Georgia statue - comfortable shower and ample space for luggage. The hotel is right in front of the stairs that go up and down to mother Georgia statue & Narikala fortress. Staff is very friendly, the lady at the reception was very helpful to provide us atleast 1 room when we arrived bit early. The lobby area has a great seating place and activities like chess & other board games to engage yourself.

100% reccomend to anyone wanting to stay near the old town in a great bed with great staff and a stunning roof terrace
Pros:

In such a good spot for the old town without being on the main drag

Cons:

The bed was unbelievably comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the roof terrace was stunning for the views up and around the hills

В целом неплохо , местоположение отличное , вежливый и приятный персонал , в номере чисто и комфортно,

Cons:

Окна выходят на улицу было шумно , особенно в входные кафе работали видимо до 03:00 примерно , да и в будние дни и шумно . Возможно это такой номер попался , потому что на фото было другое
