Great, simple place to stay!

Blanket was not cleaned, washroom was blocked, no soap,

I rented a room for 3 nights and it provided me with exactly what I was looking for: my own room with a bed, a shower, and parking space for my car. The gentleman working the front desk is very professional. Only bad thing is that the room was a bit dirty and had a strange smell. They were not big issues since I spent most of my time outside exploring LA.

Hi, I would like to be very honest here, this is the worst motel I have ever been. The bathroom door was broken, totally dirty floors with dust. I saw one cockroach, yes Cockroaches was lying on the floor of bathroom. This is terrible motel, there was no internal extra lock, unclean bedsheets and many more. I can just keep on listing all mess in this motel. I would not recommend anybody even if it is cheaper than other motels. Just worst experience.

Without a doubt the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life. Booked for 3 nights, left after 1. Cockroach infested! Disgusting. Looks nothing like the pictures. No room light - only desk lamp working. Manager did not want to help us. Save your money and book elsewhere

Great location for the price, was good for a couple nights till we saw some giant bugs!!! Great staff very friendly and otherwise great except for the roaches

The worst, most disgusting place I've ever rented. I paid for two nights in the Vista Motel Culver City but decided not only to check out a day early, but to sleep on a friend's couch instead of in this motel's cockroach infested room. Not only did I feel incredibly unsafe with slumped over unhoused people hanging out in the parking lot and with contractors staring at me from the moment I pulled in until the moment I stepped inside, I thought I was being scammed as nearly everything in the room was broken in some way. For nearly $150/night, I'd say it's worth while to spend a bit more at least for a place where you can take a shower without roaches crawling out of the drain.

Sheets were clean at least. The room had an underpowered A/C that couldn't cool the room, let alone the adjoining bathroom. It was pointed at the bed, where it counted, however. The shower was a standup only shower, maybe 3' x 3' and it dripped. The bathroom window had no screen and was a security risk as anyone could have entered through the window from the back of the hotel.

The Vista Motel of Culver City is terrible dirty place now. They failed to clean up bed, bath room and etc. on May 3rd, 2023. They said Sorry, they can't clean up at that time. They failed to fix their fire alarm problem. All bath towels smelled bad awfully soap. They denied to refund some money back for not cleaning up the room on May 3rd, 2023. What shall I do?

The pictures online does not match the actual rooms. The place is worse than advertised.

There was nothing unique about the property. The bathroom was very antique and old. When I checked in the previous person had showered and left all the towels on the floor wet. The room was not ready. I had checked in 2 hours after checkin. What is their excuse. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

There was no room service so I had to ask for bath towels each day. I also had to request a blanket for the bed. The heater didn’t work so they gave me a small portable heater to put on top of the heater unit after I reported the problem. There was no soap or shampoo in the room. When I asked for body wash or shampoo I was given body lotion which didn’t work so I had to purchase body wash at the store so I would have some. I couldn’t get the cold water to turn on so I showered with hot water only.

Dilapidated with curtains falling down, no working heater, no blanket on the bed other than a thin bed spread which had cigarette burn holes, and paint smear all over it. We were there on a Saturday and there was an outdoor dance bar right outside our window. The 3 men checking us in could not figure out how to confirm our stay.....

Staff were crooked in lying about checking us in, then laughed taking our money saying it’s for tomorrow and now it’s my money!

There was roaches in the bed, crawling on the TV and a couple in the bathroom sink. Very disappointing for such a very beautiful area. But I will not be staying here again.

The hotel was good for a one night stay. The hotel is definitely older. Cracks on the floor, furniture is old. We couldn't get the heater to work, so we were cold all night. The only good thing about the room was the size of the room, very decent size.
